''Chae kill me now, I can't do this anymore.''

She watched amusedly as Jimin threw his head on the table between them dramatically, the notebook with his math notes under his head being the current reason for his misery.

''You'll be okay Chim, you just need to memorize the formulas,'' she chuckled, flipping through her own notes.

The school library was very much empty at the moment as it was lunch break, but the two knew very well they should use all the time they could to catch up on their math studies, as neither of them was very excellent at it and the exam was nearing.

''Just?! Chae, there's at least 20 of them, h-''

''Hey guys!'' perking up at the familiar voice, Chaeyoung smiled brightly, at the approaching girl, waving her way.

''Jennie, what's up?''

Chaeyoung looked at Jimin who suddenly straightened up in his chair, making himself look busy with his math notes, making Chaeyoung scoff at the sight.

It was painfully obvious he had a crush on their new classmate, and Chaeyoung couldn't help but realize that it wasn't bothering her as much as she originally thought it would.

Maybe she was finally getting over her silly little crush?

''I spend all my lunch breaks here, it is much nicer than the noisy cafeteria,'' said Jennie, plopping down next to Chaeyoung with a huff, ''whatcha guys studying?'' she piped up, looking through Chaeyoung's notes.

''Catching up on some math before the exam next week,'' sighed Chaeyoung.

''Oh, well, would you guys like me to help? Not to brag or anything, but I kind of understand the topic well.'' Chaeyoung couldn't help but chuckle as Jimin's eyes lit up, looking at the girl hopefully.

''Really?''

''Yeah!''

And with that the three started going through their notes, Jennie doing most of the speaking as the two listened carefully, Jimin getting more and more comfortable around the new girl as minutes passed by.

''Holy, you sure do know your math,'' laughed Jimin as they closed their notebooks with heavy sighs, the lunch break almost over.

''Yeah well, I never really struggled with it but it's not my favorite subject either so,'' chuckled Jennie shyly.

And Jimin just stared.

And Chaeyoung couldn't help but smile at the lovesick face he was making.

''By the way, are you guys going to the match this Friday?'' asked Jennie, putting her things away.

''I don't think so, why?''

''Well, I thought I would check it out, I-''

''We're going!'' the two girls looked at Jimin in surprise, Chaeyoung raising her eyebrow at him as he shot a look her way, ''we actually planned to go this Friday, don't you remember Chae?'' he chuckled through his teeth, giving her a look to go along with it.

''Uhh yeah, I totally forgot gosh,'' she chuckled awkwardly, looking away from Jimin who was now smiling widely.

''That's cool! We could go together then?''

''Why not?'' asked Jimin excitedly, making the two girls chuckle.

''Then it's settled.''
