Harry POV:

Everything was going perfectly with Dumbledores Army. At every turn, we managed to evade Filch and keep our gatherings safe. I was well aware that Umbridge knew to some degree of our Dumbledores army which is she created Educational degree no. 82. The decree clearly states All students will submit to questioning about suspected illicit activities.

She passed this decree to find out if anyone was breaking Educational Decree no. 24. All Student Organisations, Societies, Teams, Groups, and Clubs are henceforth disbanded. An Organisation, Society, Team, Group, or Club is hereby defined as a regular meeting of three or more students. Permission to re-form may be sought from the High Inquisitor (Professor Umbridge). No Student Organisation, Society, Team, Group, or Club may exist without the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor. Any student found to have formed, or to belong to, an Organisation, Society, Team, Group, or Club that has not been approved by the High Inquisitor will be expelled.

Throughout the week there were lines of students waiting outside the questioning room which happened to be in her office. Every person was as pale, and twitchy as the person before them. Needless to say, their worries were not relieved after students came out of the room looking more sickly than when they went in.

With each lesson, my confidence grew, and ever since Umbridge has been regarding with suspicion. Her eyes were extra trained on me during classes and outside of classes, she made sure that Filch kept an eye on me.  Due to this meeting, up with Draco became harder; my being under constant surveillance didn't really make for good secret meet-ups.

-------------------------------

"Harry?" Came a voice from the Slytherin boy laying bedside me. His voice was soft but still contained a sense of urgency. "Hmm?" I replied.

"So you know Umbridge... and her liking to Slytherins," Draco started his voice quaked unsurely as he spoke.

"Well of course it's kind of hard to miss." I laughed bitterly and Draco made a humming noise in agreement.

"Well..." Draco hesitated almost as if he didn't want to tell what he was just about to. His forehead creased and lines appeared were his brow had been wrinkled. He looked anywhere but in my eyes carefully avoiding any sort of eye contact.

"What is it? I won't be mad," I told him for some reassurance. The only times he was been like this was when he was about to say something that would make me upset. He still hasn't understood that I am never mad at him and it makes me sad that he thinks of me in that way. I lifted his chin so that his eyes looked in mine.

There were red lines drawn on his eye cross crossing in all sorts of directions from lack of sleep. Below his eyes there were heavy bags which weighed down his face and added years to his complexion. Draco's eyelids dropped dangerously low but gave a small smile anyway.

"Alright.... Professor Umbridge has made me apart of the Inquisitorial squad- I don't want to- it feels like I'm betraying you in some way." I caught him off with a short kiss then looked him in the eyes. "You haven't betrayed me Draco. I expected something like this would happen eventually."

"Harry you do know I have to come after DA right?" Draco asked insecurely retracting to his more timid self.

"I suspected, but I know that you won't actually enjoy being apart of it." Draco nodded in agreement.

There was some silence as the both of us just stole the next few minutes to lay in each others arms. I head pressed against his hair smelling his avocado shampoo. His head was placed firmly in the crook of my neck as our arms enveloped each other.

"We can't see each other as often." I said after a while and Draco breathed hot air onto my neck.

"I know... Umbridge told us she had Filch watching you. She suspects you." He told me after he had lifted his head so that he could look at me again.

"It will probably be for at least two weeks maybe more." I continued and Draco nodded his head his face had twisted darkly.

"I'll miss you."

"I'll miss you more."

"Not possible."

"Wanna bet?"

"Hmmm how much,"

"A hundred kisses?"

"Sounds like a wonderful prize to me."
