Y/N'S POV
i didn't know how to tell him, what to say, when to say it.

i was moving away to new zealand for my dad's new job meaning we were leaving london. and i had to tell my boyfriend.

i was sat in my bed staring into space with sporadic tears falling from my eyes.

i heard a knock on the door, and knowing i was home alone i checked out of my window to see who it was, it was louis.

i took a deep breath as i made my way downstairs and to the front door.

"hey" he smiled, i felt awful.
"hey" i spoke back, gesturing for him to come inside.

"a-are you alright?" he stuttered obviously noticing there's something on my mind.
"yeah i'm fine why?"
"nothing you just seemed, i don't know, a bit down"
"well everything is good lou, cmon let's watch something i'm tired"

so that's what we did, we got up to my bedroom and he flopped down onto my bed pulling me along with him.

we both giggled about it for a bit before finally calming down, i got comfortable laying my head on his shoulder as he grabbed the tv remote from my bedside table.

"any requests?" he asked me.
"hmm" i pondered, "gilmore girls".
"your wish is my command" he winked.
"ew stop" i laughed.

we lay there in peace watching gilmore girls and i kept feeling louis looking at me.
"what is it?" i asked him.
"nothing i just feel like there's something wrong"
"babe nothing is wrong just let it go ok?" i said.
"no i can't let it go because i know for a fact there is something bothering you and i want to know what it is so i can help you y/n/n"

i said nothing for a moment and sighed.
"fine, so my dad got a really good new job" i started.
"ok what's wrong with that?" louis interrupted.

"it's um- it's in new zealand" i told him.
the look on his face dropped completely, as if everything just stopped.
"i'm sorry i've tried everything i can for them to let me stay-" i cried.
"listen it's ok" he said a bit shakily, holding me in his arms whilst i cried into his chest.

"how is this ok?"
"because we've got this. as long as you want to, i'm willing to do long distance. i promise we'll be alright"
"i'm willing to try as well i'm just scared"
"scared of what? that i'll cheat? don't even let your mind go there because i would never ever, i love you too much to hurt you like that" his voice became stern.

"sorry" i cried even more.
"stop apologising it's not your fault love" louis stroked his hand through my knotty hair.

"we can make this work, ok? i'll come and visit you as much as i can in between work and i'm sure you'll come back here sometimes too. i know it's scary to think of moving to a new country as well but you'll love it when you're there" he said, cupping my face and wiping my tears with his thumbs.

i nodded, "promise?"
"promise"

"i love you so much y/n"
"i love you too" i smiled.

"hey look at that smile" he dragged out.
"stopppp" i stropped turning myself away from him playfully.
