Narrator's POV"Puppy! Wake up! It's time! Come on, let's get dressed, baby!" Jungkook whisper-shouted in his ear, gently shaking him awake.
Taehyung softly groaned, rolling over and laying flat on his back as he stretched his limbs and spine, emitting another prolonged groan. He heard an excited giggle from above him, and when he opened his eyes a little, he was met with a very enthusiastic Jungkook looking down at him, flashing his adorable bunny smile at him. "Are we really gonna sneak in there?" Taehyung groggily asked, returning the smile.
"I doubt they're gonna open the gates in the middle of the night. It's gonna be so fun! So get up, get up, baby!" Jungkook rambled, unable to hold in his excitement thinking about their little midnight rendezvous.
Taehyung could only giggle at the hyped-up older boy. And before he could even get out of bed by himself, he was being scooped up by Jungkook, who was still giggling like a school kid who saw his friend fall down in a not so graceful manner; and seeing him like this made Taehyung feel a certain type of way, a warm, fond feeling blooming in his chest. A feeling he grew quite familiar with now. Jungkook looked so endearing like this.
"You're adorable."
"No, you're adorable. Now come on, pick some warm clothes! It's probably going to be pretty chilly outside." He said, walking towards the walk-in closet with Taehyung in his arms.
Taehyung ended up picking Jungkook's large, long-sleeved black sweater and some dark blue jeans; and also a long, light grey winter scarf because the older kept on insisting him to wear it, for extra warmth. His initial reasoning for not needing a scarf as an extra was, "Why would I need this when I have you, as my own personal heater?" But he soon gave up and agreed to wear it after getting a playful smack on his butt from the older, having a mini giggling fit afterwards.
Jungkook wore a simple black hoodie with light grey skinny jeans; as well as an olive coloured bomber jacket. As he got dressed, he noticed the quiet glances and sneaky smiles Taehyung threw at him– or rather, his hoodie– each minute, and he smiled at that; knowing the possible reason for his cute actions. "Did you wear a black sweater on purpose to match with me?" He asked.
"...'The hell do you mean? How was I supposed to know that you were gonna wear a black hoodie?"
"I almost always wear black tops and you know that, puppy."
"...Yeah, exactly! Look at your closet," he pointed at the hung-up and folded clothes in the closet, "All you have are different shades of black. There's barely any colours. All I see is different shades of black and… two-three.. blue and purple fabrics." Taehyung playfully ranted, making exaggerated hand gestures to prove his point; only looking more endearing in the latter's eyes, especially with the sweater that seemed to engulf him whole, reaching till his upper thighs, making him look small.
With a fond, mischievous and knowing smile, Jungkook repeated, "Did you wear a black sweater on purpose to match with me?"
"....Maybe."
"Gosh- c'mere baby." He said, pulling the younger towards himself to press his lips onto his for a quick moment. It was a quick and chaste kiss, one in which both boys were smiling into it because of their flowing fond feelings for each other.
"What was that for, hmm?" Taehyung asked softly after they pulled away, his arms still loosely wrapped around the older's neck, wearing a shy yet sweet smile.
Jungkook simply pressed another kiss onto the tip of Taehyung's nose as he tightened his hold on his waist, and said, "For being so damn cute. Now, shall we go?"
