Narrator's POV

Two hours passed, and they were about to get off the train.

As promised, Jungkook had called his parents an hour before. They would most likely reach the Busan station to pick them up in about ten to fifteen minutes, give or take.

Their backpacks and shared luggage were set ready, the train would stop in about five minutes. And Taehyung's hands had a mind of their own as they fiddled with whatever they could find—the first victim being the strings hanging from his sweatshirt and the second being the cool metal rings on Jungkook's fingers.

"Nervous?"

Taehyung nodded, "Can't help it."

"That's alright, you'll be alright. Though you might wanna prepare yourself for enormous amounts of food once we're there," Jungkook chuckled, already imagining his mum feeding every single dish to his boyfriend— food and hugs were always her way of showing love.

Taehyung chuckled, "There's no way we're going back home without gaining weight then, huh?"

"Yup."

Their ears perked up when they heard the automated voice from the train mention their stop, and the train was about to stop, as they understood it. The couple got up from their seats and walked towards the door, Taehyung holding onto Jungkook's arm firmly because he didn't want to risk losing himself in the crowd. Yes, he had his phone with him, but still, it was one of his fears— getting lost.

As the train came to a halt, the boys walked out with their stuff along with many others. And soon enough, they found themselves outside the station, waiting for Jungkook's parents to come into their view with their sleek, black Hyundai Elantra.

"What all do you think we're gonna do when we're there?" Taehyung asked, looking at Jungkook with curiosity filled eyes.

Smiling fondly, he held his hand tight and laced their fingers together before replying, "Well, based on what I've been used to, they've probably arranged some sort of family outing with the four of us, with dinner and all that covered. I'm sure this is what they have planned, you just watch."

"Oho? And if you're wrong what'll happen?" Taehyung teased, nudging his shoulder.

"I'll do whatever you want."

"Whatever I want, you say?" Taehyung smirked, a naughty glint in his eyes. Jungkook giggled, "Now what are you thinking? We're not gonna fuck when my parents might hear us, are we?"

"I mean, unless you want to, we're not, I think. I'm still somewhat sore, y'know?" Taehyung giggled.

"Same. But then what was that naughty look for, huh?"

Taehyung giggled and leaned back on the wall they were standing in front of, "Nothiiiing, I was just teasing you, bunny!"

"You're a dork."

"Your dork."

"My dork, yes."

Cheeky smiles on their faces and quiet giggles were mixed with the chatter of the people around them outside the station, and though not everyone paid attention to them and their loving gestures, it appeared as if one little girl did as she happily ran towards them.

"Hello!"

The boys were taken aback, but Taehyung immediately lit up and smiled wide as he saw the cute little girl smiling brightly at them, "Hi sweetheart! What are you doing here? Where's your mum and dad?"

The little girl pointed back at a young woman wearing a beige trench coat and fitted bottoms, busy talking to someone through a phone call, "Mama's right there, calling Daddy to come get us. She's taking long and I got bored and then I saw you holding hands, and I wanted to ask if you were boyfriends?" she asked, still smiling wide with big hopeful eyes, for some reason.
