Narrator's POV

Two weeks had passed since the time the seven boys were gathered in Taehyung's room playing Truth or Dare; since the incident of when the ravenette got hurt.

His injuries were healing slowly, but surely. He was being protected by his six best friends, more than ever.
He was never left alone, and at least one or two of the six boys would be by his side, almost the whole day.

The ravenette pretended to not like it one bit, whining about how his privacy was being invaded.

But, although he wouldn't admit it easily, he secretly enjoyed the protection and company. He felt loved and reassured. He knew that he always had the six amazing boys by his side, for him to lean on during tough times.

And that could never be a bad thing now, could it?

Moreover, during these two weeks, the brunet and the ravenette, namely, Jungkook and Taehyung, had been getting more closer to eachother.

They had been talking more and hanging out at eachother's homes. But Jungkook liked it when they hung out at Taehyung's place, because of the sweet old woman.

So needless to say, she had also very much taken a liking to the brunet. So along with Taehyung, he had been getting closer to his Halmoni as well.

And every time the two boys would spend time together, their hearts would get more and more fond of the eachother.

But since Taehyung knew that Jungkook was apparently straight, he tried his absolute best not to develop more feelings for the bunny faced boy. Because he knew where that would end up. And he did not need more sorrow in his life. Not more than needed.

And as for Jungkook, even though he had caught himself blushing and staring at Taehyung because of his adorable antics, he would just shrug them away, convincing himself that the strange things his heart did whenever he saw the ravenette was only because of admiration and appreciation. Nothing more, nothing less. There was no way he could like Taehyung in a romantic way, he was not into males after all.

...Or so he thought.

He was definitely developing fond feelings for the younger boy, which couldn't be classified as 'platonic', and deep inside, he knew it. He just didn't want to accept it. So for now, he ignored it.

He ignored the rising feeling of wanting to hold the adorable ravenette close to himself, of wanting to never let go of him and shower him with affection. He ignored it all.

That aside, the two boys had planned to hang out at Taehyung's place today. Just for hanging out and playing video games. As they usually did.

Taehyung's POV

"Hey! That's no fair!! You cheated!!"

"No I didn't! You're just jealous I'm better than you, Tae~!"

"No! I'm not jealous, you literally kicked my controller away from my hands when you saw I was about to win!! It was my only time close to beating you too!! WHY!!"

"Blaablablablaa I can't hear you~ I don't know what you're talkin' about~ I just know that I beat you for the 10th time Taebear!"

"Why you little-"

I cut myself off by pouncing on him and attacking him with playful punches and tickles while giggling.  He was screeching, laughing and tickling me back at the same time. And I was full on laughing at this point.

"St-stop it Tae!!" He burst into giggles.

"Never!! Y-you're the o-one who-- Noooooooooo!!" I screamed as he pounced on me this time, properly tickling me this time.
