Aly froze on his place as he knew who it was and he was hell scared.

Alya: mumma – she said sticking her tongue out

Aly slowly turned around and puts down Alya from his lap , Jasmin standing with an angry look crossing her hands near her chest

Aly: actually Alya wanted to taste some magic muffin batter – he said sheepishly

Alya : but dada had it too – she said protesting

Jasmin: enough, stop blaming each other because I saw it with my own eyes and Aly day by day you are becoming so irresponsible – she started scolding

Aly: but she wanted to have it

Jasmin: it's not necessary to give whatever she asks for. She is just a kid , you could have denied her and made her understand

Jasmin was continuously scolding him and Alya was giggling

Just then the doorbell rings and Aly sighed in relief

Aly: finally ( he murmured under his breath) I will get the door – he rushed out before Jasmin could say anything. Alya too followed him

Alya: I think it's him. Yay!!! – she said delighted

Aly opened the door

A small boy who was similar to Alya's age was struggling to stand straight with a big gift box in his hand.

Aly: hi Rohan, come let me help you – he said and took the big gift box from his hand

Rohan: thank you uncle

Alya: Rohan !!!!! – she said hugging him excitedly

Rohan: Happy Birthday Alya!!! – he hugged her back

The trio moved inside .......

Alya: mumma, Rohan is here. I am going to play with him – she shouted

Jasmin: ok baby but no running around – she replied back from the kitchen

Alya: ok mumma, dada!! Bring the gift in my room – she ran inside her room followed by Rohan

Alya: see dada got me this doll house for birthday

Rohan: that means we have to play doll house every day!!! No!!!! – he said dramatically

Alya: no drama Rohan

Rohan: fine

Alya: so today you will be my hubby and I will be your wifey – she said and just at that moment Aly entered the room with Rohan's gift box

Aly: what did you just say Alya? What are you playing? – he asked baffled

Alya: we are playing doll house dada!! And he is my hubby and I am his wifey

Aly: what??? Why???? – he saw her disbelievingly with a shocked expression

Alya: it is my favourite game dada!!! Now go and don't disturb us

Aly: no you can't play this – he ordered strictly

Alya: why dada?

Aly: he can't be your hubby.... You can't be his wife .... I mean you can't play like this !!!! how about Rohan and you are siblings and then you both can play doll house together!!!!! – he said mumbling , trying to persuade them

Rohan: why uncle? Why can't she be my wifey? – he asked innocently

Alya: yes dada ? see we have our baby too – she showed Aly a baby toy

Aly: what? – he was now astounded to the core

Alya: oh dada!!! Don't disturb us. Let us play – she said a bit irritated

Rohan: Alya open my gift first – he said slightly pushing the gift box towards her

Alya: yes – she started unwrapping it

Aly was sitting there quietly watching Rohan will jealous filled eyes. His insecurity was getting out of control so he left the room and walked up immediately

Aly entered their room where Jasmin was already present, arranging some clothes in the wardrobe . She saw Aly walk in with an uneasy expression.

Jasmin: what happened?

Aly: nothing!!! – he replied with a cranky tone and settled down on the bed

Jasmin thought may be he is bothered for some business issues so she tried to uplift his mood

Jasmin: by the way I love that blue gown that you have bought for tonight

Aly: hmm – he replied uninterested

Getting such cold reply Jasmin closed the wardrobe and came and sat beside him on the bed
