A couple of weeks passed by quite happily. One morning Aly had to urgently leave for a business meeting for two days.

Aly: where is my silver tie??? – he shouted frustrated

Jasmin: in the left drawer – she shouted back from the other room

Aly: No!!!! it's not there, I can't find it.

Jasmin came inside the room

Jasmin: see it's here!!!! – she said taking out the tie from the drawer

Aly: I swear it wasn't there!!!!

Jasmin: you never look properly – she said scolding

Aly: where is Alya? – he said changing the topic

Jasmin: she is downstairs having breakfast

Aly: doesn't she have school today?

Jasmin: yes, Sonia will drop her

Aly: ok – he was leaving the room when Jasmin held his arm and Aly turned towards her

Jasmin: Aly, is it important for you to go? – she said a bit emotionally

Aly: yes wifey!!!! You know I wouldn't be going so suddenly if it wasn't that urgent

Jasmin: hmm – she said down at the floor

Aly: what is it Jas? Tell me? – he said cupping her face

Jasmin: I don't know!!!! I just have a bad feeling about this

Aly: bad feeling about what? It's just a business meeting Jas and I will be in touch most of the time!!! Now stop thinking all these and lets go down and have breakfast – he said kissing her forehead protectively

They came downstairs and had their breakfast

Alya: dada when will be back?

Aly: I will be back soon princess

Alya: I will miss you!!! – she said as tears formed in her eyes

Aly: aww, don't cry princess dada will bring a lot of gifts for you

Alya: no, I don't want gifts I only want dada!!! – she said hugging Aly tightly

Aly: you are my brave princess right!!! don't cry – he said hugging her back

Alya: please come back soon

Aly: I will princess.

Jasmin: Alya, Sonia aunty Is waiting for you outside

Alya: bye dada

Aly: bye princess – he kissed her cheeks lovingly

Alya left for school and within thirty minutes Aly was ready to leave too

Jasmin: I will miss you

Aly: I will miss you too wifey

Jasmin: be safe and call me as soon as you reach there

Aly: yes I will now give me!!! – he demanded

Jasmin: what?

Aly: my goodbye kiss!!!!

Jasmin quickly pecked his left cheeks

Aly: what was that?

Jasmin: goodbye kiss!!!

Aly: how unromantic!!! – he said pulling her by the waist tightly

Jasmin: what are you doing?

Aly: taking what's rightfully mine – he said huskily and kissed her lips passionately poring down all his emotions. Jasmin too kissed him with equal love and emotions

After a while, they parted feeling short of oxygen

Jasmin: aren't you getting late for your flight?

Aly checked his wristwatch and instantly panic reflected in his eyes

Aly: shit, I have to rush now!!!

Jasmin: go safely and take care

Aly: bye, I will call as soon as I land

Aly left for the airport in his car

In the evening,

It was 7 by the clock Jasmin was sitting and playing with Alya. The doorbell rings. Jasmin glances at the clock to check the time.

Jasmin: who would come now? – she was wondering as she went and opened the door

A person was standing at the door wearing a black outfit and his hoodie was making it difficult to see his face clearly.

Person: hello Jasmin – the person said with an extra sweet yet devilish smile
