"I don't deserve you Jaemin..."
"What makes you say that?"
"You're a kind, considerate, intelligent and humble person. The most of them I've ever met."
"Then you deserve me, Park Hyejin."

While Jaein and Jeno stay back for dinner, Jaemin walks Hyejin back home.
"Thank you for having me, Mrs Na." She bows to Haeun.
"That's not a problem! You're welcome whenever! Come over more often and we can get to know each other better." Haeun pats Hyejin's head affectionately, giving a true mother-like smile to the teen.
Snowy rushes over to the girl that he has once seen in the park, giving little licks and bites on her knee high socks, not wanting the girl to go just yet. The addition of the little whimpers and howling made Jaemin get his leash, attaching the hook to the collar.
"What about we go for a walk?" Jaemin strokes the neck area of the samoyed as it barks happily as a response, "You ready?" Jaemin asks Hyejin as they walk to Hyejin's house together.
The two walk in silence with Snowy occasionally barking at random felines and birds that lurk the street, seeing them as a threat. Jaemin decides to hand-carry the dog to stop him from attacking any innocent animals.
"Who got Snowy for you?" Hyejin plays with Snowy's ears knowing that it's his happy spot.
"My dad." Jaemin answers plainly.
"Ah right. I didn't see your dad today. Is he busy?"
"Um..." Jaemin halts and gently puts Snowy down on the floor. The tears threatened to fall out but he held them back telling himself to stay strong, "He passed away a year ago due to an accident."
Hyejin didn't know how to respond to his tragic news, keeping a soft look on him instead.
"That night, he said he had a surprise for me, which is Snowy, tomorrow after school. I was impatient and so he picked up Snowy. Some minors were drunk-driving and hit my dad's car when he was driving home." his voice betrayed him as it occasionally cracked due to the sadness, "I couldn't look at Snowy after his death as he always reminds me of dad."
"I'm sorry." Hyejin couldn't fully understand how it feels to have lost someone that she loves, but she knows how it feels when someone that she loves hurts her not only once, but repeatedly, "If he was still here, I'm sure he would be so proud of you."
"Would he?" his voice trails off. The doubt in his voice arises as the guilt in his chest rises once again.
"You're a beautiful person, Jaem." Snowy barks in acknowledgement to her words, "See look? Even Snowy agrees!" She crouches down to place a small kiss on Snowy's cheeks.
"I..."
"Hm?"
"I killed him though..."
Hyejin had to process those words again, "W-What? What do you mean by that?"
"I killed him, Hyejin." Jaemin repeats, his tears finally explode and he kneels down. His hands clasped together as it rests on his thighs.
"Jaemin...what do you mean by that?" Hyejin crouches down next to him, putting a hand over his already pale fists.
