"Qubool hai"

"Qubool hai"

"Qubool hai"

And she sealed her fate with him.

With tears and regrets.

Her eyes closed in anger, frustration, pain.

A pain so known yet again.

The sea of people murmuring Mubaraks and duas, despite all, she is sighs in grief.

Grieving at her fate.

She wasn't supposed to be married today, she wasn't supposed to be married to him at least.

The man ruined her life once, and he did that again just now.

The man she hated for years, and he deserved all of that.

The man she was insanely in love with once, and he just broke her heart in zillionth of pieces.

The man, Hamza Sayyed, her husband.

Even the thought of this makes her laugh, husband.

The man who denied her is now her husband.

The family who never accepted her is now her family.

And all because, Mishkhat Khawar couldn't say no to her family.

A family who had given her nothing but pain.

A family who disowned her for a sin called love!

A family who begged her to marry him for their honour.

And just like that, her life came back to point zero.

But now things have changed.

She has.

She is no more that nineteen-year-old timid girl, in love with someone.

She is no more that ideal daughter always hoping for acceptance.

She is more that one and she will never be.

For life had been cruel to her and she survived the coldest nights all alone.

Without her family, without her love.

"Masallah badi hi khubsurat bahu hai. Umera hoor ghar layi ho apne." Some lady said to her mother in law to which she just smiled.

Mishkhat rolled her eyes, she is indeed beautiful, she has always been that. But when have ever Umera Sayyed seen it let alone appreciate it.

For Umera Sayyed, Mishkhat had always been someone who snatched her son from her.

She wasn't fond of her ever but now, she made Mishkhat her Bahu.

The irony, she once said, "Mishkhat iss ghar ki bahu kabhi nahi ban sakti."

And today just now she said, "Mishkhat iss ghar ki bahu hai, aur yeh humari Khushqismati hai."
