ricky sighed as he leaned against the door.
that was not how he wanted to reply to lily...
he took a deep breath, thinking back to what lily said. of course he didn't feel the same way-but he didn't want to be mean or hurt her feelings. after all, she was one of his close friends and he did care about her. just not in the way that she cared about him. so, he told her he'd 'process it' as a way to cover the bluntness...
ricky exhaled deeply as he thought of nini. he really needed to talk to her.
he took ahold of his phone, pressing nini's contact number as he waited for it to ring, tapping his finger impatiently.
ricky sighed to himself when she didn't answer, frowning l before he ended the call, putting his phone down.
he eyed the old keyboard that was in the corner of his living room. something he got for nini when they were together so that she could play her songs randomly and it's where she taught him little chords
his gaze shifted to the living room couch where they would sprawl out on lazy sunday afternoons, nini in his arms as they watched shows and movies together, arguing with each other teasingly and laughing about all they'd talked about.
god, he missed her laugh.
ricky shuddered as he shook his head. it was all going to be fixed soon. he was going to fix everything.
