Hello everyone. I double-checked if I ever done a drawing of Mordred being sick (which I didn't), so I decided do it. I figured that Heroic Spirits in the Final Grail War are less likely to get sick because of they're—like ya'know—superhuman by default, even Mikoto claimed that Okita was poorly ill in her previous life (ACMF Book 4, chapter titled "Into the Misaka-verse").
I also thought a small fanfic for this bit. Hope you enjoy.

"Okay, Mordred. I have to go. Call Okita if you need anything." Mikoto told Mordred.
Despite Mikoto wearing her mask to prevent herself from getting sick from Mordred—Mordred nodded her head. "May I have one request before you go?"
"What is it?"
"May I least have the plushie back?" Mordred asked with her version of puppy eyes.
Mikoto sweat-dropped and made a dead-eye fish expression from Mordred's action. "Are you seriously giving me the puppy eyes?"
"Yes.."
"Why?"
"Because I can't cuddle you when I'm sick..."
A moment of silence before Mikoto sigh. "Alright..."
"Yes!" Mordred fist-bumped in the air.
"But I'll be confiscating it once you get better."
"Eehhh..." Mordred pouted from Mikoto's words.
Mikoto won't admit it to Mordred. Mikoto does enjoy cuddling with Mordred because she felt warm and safe in Mordred's embrace. However, Mikoto thought if she ever admit it to Mordred—Mordred would tease her for hours upon hours. ******** That's end of this fanfic. Hopefully all of you like both the short fanfic and drawing.
