Kid Morikoto accidentally "Rayshift"-ed back and met Mordred and Mikoto. Mikoto was shock and passed out once she learned that Morikoto is her and Mordred's kid, while Mordred was hugging Morikoto and crying happily—kinda like how RIFT Mikoto did with 9-years-old Miyoko and 8-years-old Mir. However, after those three spending time together, Mikoto started to consider about having a child with Mordred, but doesn't publicly say it.

Mordred's just making a silly face to make Mikoto laugh. The face was inspired from a comic dub in YouTube about a skeleton's favorite snack joke "gone wrong." It's an Undertale comic dub, if you're interested of knowing, also fair warning—it can be super funny, so please don't watch it in any place where it's quiet.
