Hello everyone. It's just Mikoto reacting to Mordred's Halloween costume. Mordred was wearing a Halloween costume from a CE card in FGO Halloween Event. It hasn't arrived yet for the USA version, but hopefully it'll arrive soon. Mordred's Halloween costume was designed by "otmm" on Twitter—it use a icon of Mash for clarity. (I don't know how to addresses someone on Twitter...)
Anyway, I thought it would be funny if Mikoto said among the lines like "I never thought there would be a day where Mordred is wearing a dress..." (Mikoto hasn't seen Mordred wearing the red dress from ACMF Book 4 because she was kidnapped.)
