My eyes went wide.
"He's here..." Shinobu backed up a step seeing the person at the door.
A tall figure standing at the door ominously.
"(Y/N)." Shinobu muttered.
(Y/N) emit an aura that'd make Shinobu trembles.
She eventually loses her footing and fell on her back.
(Y/N)'s tall figure overshadowed her as he enters the estate.
His appearance changed with his then short hair is now long that is tied into a ponytail, his left eye was covered up by a bandage as an eyepatch, a long cloak covered around his body and his neck is covered by a scarf specially made from Kanae. His katana is tied to the back of his waist.
"How've you been, Shinobu." He said.
His statements boils Shinobu's blood.
'How can you just come here and ask how I've been when you ran away for a year!?'
"Why are you here..."
(Y/N) crouched to her level.
"I have an unfinished business here, if that's what you want to know, shorty."
She gritted her teeth.
"It looks like (Y/N)-Sama is the same as he used to be..." Aoi mutters as she eavesdrop on them.
He stood up.
"Have you realized that something is wrong here."
"..."
She stared at him in confusion.
"Hold out your hand."
She hesitates but obeyed in the end.
He put what seems a collar on her palm.
As she was inspecting it. (Y/N) pull out something and threw it on the ground.
It's a round shape that has been wrapped up in a cloth.
"What is... this?" She asked.
"The dog."
She stammered.
"Its head." He stated and walk past her.
Shinobu's expression turns into anger.
"You..." She muttered.
She ran at him delivering a single punch.
(Y/N) caught her fist with ease.
"THAT DOG IS THE LAST THING NEE-SAN LEFT FOR US, AND YOU... YOU KILLED IT?!"
"Then that'd be one last nuisance for you gone, don't it?" He said.
Shinobu was shocked by his response.
"Now, stay silence." He pushed her letting her fall on her back.
"I have no interest in interacting with the weak." He turned around and walk ahead.
"(Y/N)-Sama..." Aoi muttered as the three little girls are crying as they saw the remains of their deceased pet.
Shinobu got up and follow him.
He headed to Kanae's bedroom and opened the door.
"That memory haven't vanished." He said as he look at the bed.
He look around before seeing the shelf. He went up to it. He pull out a broken sword and put it on the shelf.
It was Kanae's sword.
