A/N: So... I lied :D  I am not back to my usual updating schedule, sorry :/

HOWEVER, in better news, @_PernaLonga_ is translating this book to portuguese! If any of you would like to check that out, here's the link (I'll also put it in the comments): https://www.wattpad.com/story/281937057-o-%C3%BAnico-erro-do-diretor%E1%B5%97%CA%B3%E1%B5%83%E1%B5%88%E1%B5%98%E1%B6%9C%E1%B5%83%E1%B5%92

"You have got to be kidding me."

"What's wrong, Harry?" Gemma Farley, who was sitting in front of him asked.

Harry stared down towards his schedule in horror.

"We've got a double block of DADA first thing in the morning!" he mourned.

"Well, it can't be that bad, can it?"

"Yes! It can! Lockhart's convinced he's my bloody mentor or something and he won't leave me alone, despite the restraining order I'm working on getting against him." Harry told her.

All summer, ever since their meeting, Lockhart had been pestering him with letters that were filled with utter rubbish, and had even found ways to get around the mailing block Harry had placed against him. Yesterday, as soon as the feast ended, he had hounded Harry so they could talk about the woes of being famous or some other tosh.

Harry had been lucky enough to be in near proximity of a fourth year Slytherin, who had quickly come to his aid at the sign of his Prince in distress.

Gemma looked a bit disturbed. "Well, he can't try anything in class, can he?"

"I doubt he won't try, though."

Gemma gave him a pitying look before excusing herself to head to her Care of Magical Creatures class.

Harry and his friends left the Great Hall together, making their way up a few flights of stairs and down a corridor or two.

As they neared the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, they saw the rest of the class standing in the hallway, waiting for Professor Lockhart. Peeves flew past them and through the wall, cackling evilly.

It was only a few moments later, just as Harry and the rest of the Slytherins joined them, that Gilderoy Lockhart waltzed out the door. His face was screwed up shrewdly, blue eyes glaring at the floating poltergeist that floated mid air. His robe, Harry noted, was one of his more flamboyant ones. It was peachy pink color with a pattern of garishly coloured fishes that seemed to move and swim in the rippling fabric.

It was quite... glittery.

Then, as if just taking note of his audience, his scowl disappeared, making way for a charming smile and dimpled cheeks.

"Ah! Class! Welcome, welcome! Do come inside and find a seat." he beamed at them. Harry could see a few of the girls - Millicent Bulstrode, Lisa Turpin, Padma Patil, and Mandy - sigh contentedly, looking at the man with complete adoration.

The group quickly followed his instructions, filing in to the classroom and sitting at one of the desks. Just as Harry was about to do the same, he felt a hand rest on his shoulder. While the gesture would be perceived as friendly or might be brushed off by others, the hand was clamped tightly and forcefully.

"Harry! I've been wanting a word. I'm sure your peers wouldn't mind class starting a few minutes late."

Harry grimaced, but there wasn't much he could say or do.
