Chapter One - Strange New World

In the vast emptiness of space in the Milky Way Galaxy, a space anomaly opens up and a spaceship rockets out of the space anomaly and enters Earth's atmosphere. The spaceship then flies over the skies of Musutafu, Japan in the dead of night. The spaceship then crashes into a forest outside the city. After some time, a uniformed soldier exits the shirt armed with a blaster rifle and investigates the area. As he does so, an unhelmeted princess exits the ship. 

Soldier: Princess!

Without hesitation, the soldier removes his helmet and puts it on the princess. The soldier then falls to his knees, preparing to gasp for air, but nothing happens as the princess takes the helmet off. 

Princess: No, wait!

Soldier: Are you crazy? You could have died.

Princess: The robot has analyzed the atmosphere, I am fine.

As the princess says this, a robot exits the ship and approaches the two. 

Robot: My name is Octus and yes the atmosphere is practically identical to our own planet, Corporal Lance. 

Lance: Great, but still the king left me responsible with your safety. 

As Lance says this, the princess begins walking away from the ship. 

Lance: And where do you think your going?

Princess: To find a way home. 

Lance: Wait, we can't go back. Your father sent use here for a reason.

Princess: What? To sit by a let our people, my father fall at the feet of the Mutraddi.

Lance: To hide you on this planet to keep you safe. To secure the future of Galaluna.

Princess: Don't even pretend you care about the fate of Galaluna for one second. I know about you and your past, corporal. Why my father entrusted this mission to you...

The tense conversation was soon interrupted by Octus. 

Octus: This planet is called Earth, in case you were wondering. 

Princess: How far is that from Galaluna?

Octus: The Rift Gate makes an exact calculation impossible to determine, but...

Suddenly, a noise was heard in the distance. Lance gestures for the group to be quiet. The sound of a chainsaw was heard. 

Lance: Get Pincess Ilana out of here, now!

Without hesitation, Octus grabs Ilana and rushes her out of the area. Lance was soon attacked by the Villain Toxic Chainsaw. 

Toxic Chainsaw: The hell did you come from?!

Without hesitation, Lance activates his Manus armor and summons an energy sword. The villain is caught off guard.

Toxic Chainsaw: What the fuck?!

As Lance swung his energy sword, Toxic Chainsaw ducked out of the way and began attacking Lance with his chainsaw. Meanwhile, Octus was rushing Ilana out of the fight, but Ilana protested.

Ilana: Wait! What kind of robot are you? Let me out of here.

Octus: But your safety will be compromised.

Ilana: Now Octus!

Following Ilana's orders, Octus releases Ilana as she activates her Corus armor. Meanwhile, Lance continues to battle against Toxic Chainsaw who proved to be tricky to deal with as the villain attacked him with his chainsaw. 

Toxic Chainsaw: Why won't you fucking die?!

As Toxic Chainsaw continues to attack Lance, Ilana arrives and scans Toxic Chainsaw. 

Ilana: He's humanoid! 

As Ilana realizes this, she fires an energy blast at Toxic Chainsaw, blasting him away a few feet. This catches Lance's attention. 

Lance: What are you doing?

Ilana: You have to stop that's not Mutraddi, he's a humanoid!

Without warning, Toxic Chainsaw rushes at Ilana and attacks her with his chainsaw. This catches her off guard, but the attack did no damage. 

Toxic Chainsaw: What the fuck are you?!

Lance then grabs Toxic Chainsaw and slams him to the ground. Despite being outnumbered and outmatched, Toxic Chainsaw kept getting back up.

Toxic Chainsaw: Is that the best you got?!

Ilana: We need to leave now!

Lance nods to Ilana as he throws a smokescreen at Toxic Chainsaw to cover their escape. Lance and Ilana deactivated their armors and took regrouped with Octus. 

Lance: From now on if I tell you to go, you need to go. What if something had happen to you back there?

Before Ilana could say anything, footsteps were heard. Ilana and Lance took cover as Toxic Chainsaw closed in on them. 

Toxic Chainsaw: Where are you?! You can't hide from me!

Before Toxic Chainsaw could find them, he was attacked by a large muscular man with short blond hair, swept backwards, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side, which cast a dark shadow over his face, hiding everything but his bright blue eyes. He wore a blue and red bodysuit. 

???: HAHAHA! THOUGHT YOU COULD GET AWAY FROM ME, TOXIC CHAINSAW!

Toxic Chainsaw: All Might?! Goddamn it!

Toxic Chainsaw moves to attack All Might, but All Might lands a punch which knocks Toxic Chainsaw back several feet. Octus seized the opportunity to take Ilana and Lance away from the area. Once they got near a cave, Lance spoke with Ilana. 

Lance: Look, don't you get why were here? Galaluna is lost, everything we know is being whipped away by the Mutraddi. For all we know, everyone could be dead.

As Lance said this, Ilana became disheartened. Lance immediately regretted his choice of words.

Lance: I...I mean, I'm sure the king is...

Octus: Princess, we must keep you safe. If Galaluna has fallen, then the people will need you if they are to reclaim their world. Perhaps our time would be better spent if we concentrated on the purpose of our mission assimilating with the earthlings.

Lance: This cave seems large enough for us to construct a base of operations.

As Lance and Octus scan the cave, Ilana makes her way to the exit in order to view the city below.

Ilana: So, this is to be our new home. If we are going to blend in with these earthlings, we'll need to know more about them. Perhaps we should go down there.

Octus: Agreed. 

Lance: Fine. We'll rest here for the night. We'll check out that city first thing in the morning. 

With that, Lance and Ilana along with Octus rested in the cave for the night. In that moment, Lance and Ilana found themselves in a strange new world. What they didn't know was that this planet was more than meets the eye.
