As General Modula and his Mutraddi army tightens their grip on Galaluna, pockets of resistance do everything in their power to fight back the occupation of their planet. One such resistance cell manages to make their way to the Royal Palace. Hidden behind cover, the resistance cell plans their next move.

Galalunian Soldier: Is...is it really him?

The commander peaks from cover to see Modula standing on a balcony as a hord of Mutraddi soldiers march around the palace.

Galalunian Commander: It's him alright. This is our best chance to take back Galaluna. For the King. For the Princess.

As the Commander allied his comrades, the tired Galalunian soldiers readied their weapons. Despite facing insurmountable odds, they were all ready to give their lives for Galaluna. After a moment of silence, the Commander spoke up.

Galalunian Commander: NOW!

Without hesitation, the Galalunian resistance cell attacks the Mutraddi. As they rushed into battle, Modula enters the battle.

Galalunian Soldier: Destroy the traitor!

The Galalunian solider fires on Modula, but the General dodges the attack and proceeds to decimate the resistance cell with ease. Despite their best efforts, the resistance cell was killed one by one. The commander attempts to kill Modula with his rifle, but Modula shatters his rifle and grabs him by the neck.

Galalunian Commander: Traitor....you think you've won?! You'll never crush our spirit! We'll fight....to the last man and crush you!

Modula looks upon the commander with no emotion in his eyes. A sinister smile soon falls on his face.

Modula: Hhm. Someday, maybe. But not today.

Modula then snaps the commander's neck. As Modula tosses the commander's lifeless body aside, clapping was heard. Modula turned around and faced a pale, young man with gray eyes and gray hair, partially slicked back while unkempt at the front. He wore a tethered black jacket.

???: I've heard the rumors that General Modula: the late War Hero of Galaluna was leading the Mutraddi occupation of Galaluna. But I just had to see it for myself.

Modula: Lieutenant Mordred Jahl, a once promising Galalunia soldier before murdering his superior officer.

Mordred: That son of a bitch had it coming.

Modula: I remember attending your trial.

Mordred: And if memory serves me, you were the one who recommended that I be put in front of a firing squad. How ironic that you are now leading the Mutraddi. So much for "honor".

Modula: And before your execution could be carried out, you escaped and became the most wanted man in all of Galaluna, killing any Galalunian soldier that happens to cross your path. But that begs the question. Why are you here?

Mordred: A little birdie told me that you've been having a problem. A problem with a certain little princess.

As Mordred said that, Modula showed no visible reaction. After a moment of silence, Mordred chuckles.

Modula: And how would someone like you know about this?

Mordred: I spent some time in some of the other resistance cells. These poor delusional bastards really think that the King and his little girl are really gonna somehow make things better.

Modula: And you believe otherwise?

Mordred: I couldn't give a damn about the Royal Family. They can burn for all I care. In anything else, the Royal Family deserves to burn. They sit in their ivory thrones, thinking their better than us common folk. But in reality, they're just a bunch of self righteous dogs.

Modula: I trust this has a point.

Mordred: I came across the Princess's top bodyguard. After some....one on one time, he told me that the princess did in fact escape. And now you're having trouble finding her.

As Mordred said that, Modula approached Mordred in a threatening manner. The disgraced Galalunian soldier showed no fear.

Mordred: I'd be willing to help you track down and bring the princess to you....for the right price.

Modula: And what makes you think you'd be up for the task.

Mordred: You said it yourself. I'm the most wanted man in Galaluna. I survived 10 years of being hunted by Galaluna's finest. Even you have to admit that's no small feat.

As Mordred laid out his proposal, there was silence. A squadron of Mutraddi foot soldiers gathered around Mordred. It seemed as though they were about to execute Mordred. As Mordred moved his hands towards his blaster pistols, Modula stops.

Modula: Very well. I will grant you the task of hunting down the princess. Find her and bring her to me alive and unharmed.

Mordred: Won't be a problem.

Modula: But make no mistake, Lieutenant. Though you have been granted this task, I will continue to send my forces to capture the princess. Should you fail to capture the princess, do not bother returning to Galaluna. And if I so much as detect a hint of treachery, there won't be a place in the Galaxy where you can hide. That is no mere threat. That is a promise.

Mordred smiled as he tipped his hat to General Modula, giving him a mock salute.

Mordred: Yes, sir.

With that, Mordred was hired by Modula to track down and hunt down Ilana. Mordred had been granted a ship, some weapons and supplies and the coordinates to Earth. Once Mordred had everything he needed, he departs from Galaluna and uses the Rift Gate to begin his journey to Earth. As soon as Mordred had departed, Modula had already begun preparations to send another Mutraddi foce to apprehend Ilana.
