Dom Y/n

Y/n x Lauren

Lauren POV:

I was treading through the damp grass. It was a grey, foggy morning as I walked to school. Its was my senior year and I was excited to finally almost be done with highschool.

I went to a Catholic, private school in the Midwest. We had originally lived in Miami but my father transferred to a better job.

While I was almost too school I passed the local cemetery I'd often go by. When I looked over, the fog was low, creating a beautiful but mysterious setting. I could make out a mysterious figure standing by one of the graves.

That intrigued me, who would be here at this time? I thought. Against my better judgement I walked over to the entrance of the cemetery.  I slowly walked up to the figure, stopping when I saw them lighting up a cig.

"You know stalking someone is a crime." The figure spoke, not taking her eyes off the grave stone she stood in front of.

"I'm sorry its just..I- um was intrigued about why someone would be here."

The person looked up at me finally. Revieling a very attractive girl. She had shaggy, shortish, y/hc and bright y/ec.

'Wow she's cute'

I heard her chuckle a bit then realized I said that out loud and a big blush crossed her face.

"Wanna hit?"

"Oh um no, I don't smoke cigs...more into joints." She looked me up and down before nodding.

"So, why are you here?"

"Why does anyone come here...to hang out with the dead."

"Oh?"

"That one is my moms..she died when I was nine."

I looked at her seeing her deep in thought before she took a long drag of the cigarette between her fingers.

"I'm so-"

"Don't be, I hate when people say that."

She was so mysterious and so fascinating. I wanted to study her in more ways than one.

"Ya know you should invest in a camera if you wanna keep staring at the same image." I blushed for what seemed like the hundredth time and suddenly felt a wet drop on my nose.

Oh damn its raining and I should be getting to school. I looked at her,  she seemed unphased by the droplets of water that seemed to be multiplying and catching speed.

I shivered when my clothes started to cling to my skin. She looked over and walked towards me.

"Here, youll catch a cold." She draped her black jean jacket over my shoulders. It was a bit big but I enjoyed the feeling of it.

"Shouldn't you be in school? You dont look like the type of person that would be ditching."

"I should but I'm not sure. I saw you and was drawn to you...you fascinate me."

She looked at me then reluctantly took my hand and guided me out of the cemetery. We walked a couple blocks until we came to a small house that looked a bit run down. There was no car in the drive way and it looked very dark.

"Is this your house?"

"Yeah, I figured you should get out of these wet clothes and maybe take a shower."

"Not to he rude but...I just met you. How do I know this isn't a trap or something."

"You dont you'll just have to trust me." After she said that, she dropped my hand and walked in leaving me at the door.

"Ok Lauren, you do need to get dry. The girl has been nice so far just go in." I reasoned with myself.

When I walked in I didn't see her and it was making me a bit nervous.

"Um..I didn't catch your name but um where are you?" I asked the darkness

"Oh im in my room and my name is y/n."

I followed the voice and it led me too a door with light shinning out of the crack. When I opened the door I saw how utterly aesthetic it was. Talk about a goths dream room.

It was so mysterious yet beautiful just like her

It was so mysterious yet beautiful just like her. She laid out some clothes on the bed for me and sat down next to them.

"Here, I got these out for you. Just simple pajama pants and one of my black hoodies. Oh and some fuzzy socks for you too. The bathroom is across the hall and all the shampoo is on the side of the tub." I grabbed the clothes and thanked her for all shes done for me.

After my warm shower I felt relaxed and though the clothes were a tad big on me, they were also extremely comfortable.

I walked back in her room to see her tapping paper on her wall. She had gotten put of her clothes and also was wearing a hoodie and pajama pants.

"What are you doing?"

"Oh, Im pinning up some poetry and grave stone etchings." I had heard of etchings beforw but had never seen them in person and to be honest they were beautiful. They fit so well with her aesthetic and added depth into the rooms character. I glanced at some of the writing she was putting up to.

"So your a fan of Poe?"

"In deed I am."

We fell into a comfortable silence until she patted the spot next to her. I did as she silently requested and layed next to her.

"Ya know, I hope this isnt a one time thing. I want to see you again." She lookes at me suprised almost. Like she wasnt expecting me to want to build a relationship with her.

"I'd like that very much"
