Melissas POV I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was 10am who was calling me this early on a Saturday. I answered to a girl screaming down the phone. 'GIRL get up. It's been forever since we went out. I'm coming over. I'll be 20' Amelia shouts down the phone. Amelia was my best mate since I can even remember. We've done everything together ever since. She was practically my sister, especially when growing up with 3 brothers. But god she was a lot sometimes, especially at 10am.
'Fine only if you bring breakfast' i replied pulling the duvet back over my head.
20 minutes later I heard my door slam open.
'I brought food' Amelia said placing it next to me then sitting at the edge of my bed.
'You seem too happy for this early in the morning' i explained
'Me and Ty are back together' she smiled. I rolled my eyes.
Amelia and Tyrell were very on and off. He wasn't good for her. But no matter how many times I told her these men aint shit she changes the subject. I've given up with relationships. Men want one thing from you, they fuck then leave. I ain't got time for that. I like it this way, it's lonely sometimes but peaceful.
'Mhmm happy for you' i laughed
'He's changed this time, he swears. I love him Mel I cant see my life without him no matter how hard I try' she sighs. 'We gotta find you a man though, are you not bored of being single'
'I like it. It's peaceful, no stress. Can't trust these men anyway' i said.
My last relationship ended just over a year ago. We were together for 3 years so it hurt a lot when we ended. I'm not letting another man put me through that. I don't have good experience with men. My dad left when I was much younger so my brothers were like a father figure to me.
'I hear that. Anyway get up! We're having a girls day' Amelia said pulling my blanket off me.

We spend most the day shopping. I loved days like this, it took my mind of things like work. I found myself working all the time recently so it was nice to catch up with Amelia.
'Isn't that cee?' Amelia said pointing over to someone in a trapstar coat.
I walked over and hugged him. Oakley was my oldest brother, me and him have always got on the best. He's always been there for me and protected me. I've barely seen him for the last year though. His career has really taken off so he's always away. I was proud of him but I did miss him.
'Sisss, I missed you' he smiled hugging me back
'What you doing here, i thought you were away filming' i said.
'Nah got back today. Rhys gets out today so we're doing a little ting later for him. You should come along' he replied.
'Nah I'm good, I'll-'
'We'll be there' Amelia interrupted and I sighed.
I loved cee and his friends but 'little tings' consisted of a bunch of weed, alcohol and girls.
