"See you tomorrow!" Irene waved at me as I left her house. I had to leave early since I need to go somewhere. The clues that I found on Irene's house were a lot.

That handkercheif...

What if Irene's dad has something to do with this whole situation? Everything started happening after I met him. Is it just a coincidence?

I groaned and banged my head against the steering wheel. Everything's such a mess, but also makes so much sense. I felt like I was going crazy. I can't report this to the police right now because I feel like my parents are involved somehow.

I suddenly remembered the broken tile. I found it weird because the owner was so rich, it would've been fixed. A day before her birthday, I saw a guy fixing another broken tile there. Why would they purposely leave it like that?

I drove to the venue and walked inside. There was peopleat the reception. "Hi ma'am, we are closed for the public today." She said. I was close to giving up when I remembered I know the son of the owner.

"Let me make a quick call." I smiled at her and took out my phone, dialling a number. He picked up the phone in two rings. "Hello? Jimin?"

"Yes?" I heard him say. "Hi! Uh... can you do me a favor?" I nervously asked.

"Of course! What is it? Tell me." He excitedlly says. "Uhh..." I looked at the lady. "I'm at one of your event venues, can you help me go in? I have to check something." I asked him.

"Give them the phone, mandu." He said. I obeyed and gave the phone to the receptionist. She hesitatedly took the phone and placed the phone up to her ear. She looked surprised when she heard it's her boss. "Of course sir."

She gave me back my phone and signaled the guards to let me in. I thanked Jimin and the receptionist before going in. I immediately walked to the storage room and as I thought, the broken tile.

I carefully lifted up the tile and I saw a small trapdoor with a pin. "What could the passcode be?" I asked myself. I suddenly had an idea. I tried Irene's birthday and sure enough, it worked.

I opened it and went down the ladder. I walked to short stone hallways and found the I suppose, the meetng room. I took a little peek and covered my mouth in shock.

There I saw, Irene's father, right in the middle.
