Chapter Three

"Okay- so let me make sure I got this right...your girlfriends dad-"

"Shot me with a crossbow...." Scott replied finishing my sentence.

"I should't be surprised." I mumbled as we started walking towards the boys locker room. "Ya know, this could totally make a great movie or something! The forbidden love of a werewolf boy and a hunter...brilliant! I mean come on, imagine how much money a story like that could make. It'd be such a great love story until the hunter has to kill the wolf boy of course. It goes zero to a hundred real quick, but ya gotta have some drama mixed in there somewhere. And you know, a good plot twist is always a-"

"Oh my-What if she tries to kill me??!?!" Scott interrupted frantically, eyes as wide as they could possibly get.

Stiles shot daggers my way, "Great, Otto....thanks a lot. Look what you've done...."

"She's gonna kill me, isn't she?!"

I looked around the hallway awkwardly, attempting to avoid making eye contact with my best friends piercing eyes. "Well, as much fun as this conversation has been, I think I'm gonna go now and meet up with Lydia and Allison....Soooo, he's all yours Stilinski." I stated as I patted his shoulder, ditching the scene as quickly as possible. Good luck, Stiles.

"Hey guys, I'll be right back." I told Allison and Lydia as I ran out of the bleachers towards the locker room. Scott just hurt Jackson's shoulder by ramming into him, and I'm pretty sure he started shifting. I finally reached the locker room, but when I tried to get the door open all I could hear was a bunch of banging and yelling. "Scott?!?! Stiles!?!?!" I screamed into the door, hitting it as hard as I could. "Open the door!!!! It's me, Autumn!"

I could faintly hear the fire extinguisher through the door, before it flung open revealing an out of breath, terrified looking Stiles. "What happened in there?!" I asked frantically.

"Oh ya know, nothing much. Just my best friend trying to eat me, no big deal." He replied with a shrug as he tried to catch his breath.

I put my arm around him looking at Scott as he slowly walked out of the locker room. This is so much to take in, I mean...I'm still trying to process the fact that Scott is a werewolf.  I obviously didn't even think werewolves were legit before, none of us did. And yeah, I have thought about the dangers of Scott being a wolf boy, but he has never gotten this violent yet. And as much as it pains me, I'm kinda scared. That could have been me in there...and I probably wouldn't have even thought about using the fire extinguisher to help me like Stiles did. So in this moment, I couldn't help but look down, not exactly wanting to look at him right now.

"It was an accident, I'm so sorry." Scott said sincerely.

"It's okay man, I know" Stiles said back.

"I have to get help controlling this before something like this goes too far." Scott admitted "There is only one other werewolf I know-" he paused, "I need Derek Hale".

"You can tell your little friend Scott he better be glad he didn't hurt my Jackson bad enough to where he can't play!" Lydia yelled at me, causing my eyes to roll in annoyance.

"It was an accident Lyd..." I said giving her a look. "Scott wouldn't hurt a fly, okay? So calm down."

A heavy sigh fell from her lips, "Well, regardless if it was an accident or not I have to take him to get a shot or whatever so he can play in the game. What are your plans for the night?"
