What's Going On?

When Nihat and Aziz returned to the Big Island their for priority before heading over to Aziz's Island was to talk to Leyla. She was sitting at her desk when they walked in. Looking up at the father's in her life she could see in their eyes that they were very concerned about something "What's going on Dad and Papa Aziz?" They both take a seat in the chairs in front of her desk. Nihat looks at his daughter straight in her eyes "Daughter, there is something we must tell you!"......."OK"......."Emre is missing"......."What do you mean by missing"......."Ibriam went to pick him up at the Rehab Center and was gone when he got there. We just got back from the Mainland. Can and Ibriam are looking for him."........"Did he run?"......."At first we thought so but..........."But, what Dad"........"There is evidence proving otherwise. It appears that he has been kidnapped. They want ransom"........."Oh my" Leyla says as she places both hands on her face. "Do you have any suspects"........Aziz now speaks up "Yes, two guards at the Rehab Center and...........a patient.".........."What do you mean by a patient?"........."Ceyda's sister" Leyla was shocked to hear that by jesturing her hands over her mouth. "She was there with a drinking and drug addiction. She had escaped from a Mental Institution and was found in an alley strung out on methodone. They took her there to dry out and became friends in intimate ways with the guards. She also made friends with Emre but, let me strongly express to you not intimate. She did try, but Emre according to one of the guards said he refused due to being married."........"Emre said he was married".......Aziz nodded yes and continued "Anyway, she found out that he was involved in Ceyda's case and wanted revenge. So she arranged for these two guards to kidnap Emre and demanded ransom money. Apparently, Ceyda was taking care of her and she drugged her so bad that it messed up her mental being. Ceyda permanently checked her sister into a Mental Institution."........"Wow, what a witch to do that to your own sister.............How is Can and Sanem taking all of this?"........."Well, Can didn't take it to good at all. He walked out of the station yesterday and no one had heard from him until this morning when he finally showed up at the farm. He brought us to the airport and went looking for Emre right away. He didn't even call Sanem last night. We are going to tell her when we get back home. We told Can to concentrate on finding Emre and we would handle Sanem."........."She is going to freak out. Maybe I should go with you both and be there for her".........."Daughter, that is strictly up to you. I don't want you to get fired from your job."........"Look, I won't. I only come in here a couple days a week to do payroll and financial reports. The other days I work from home. I will talk to my boss and explain everything to him."........"I can talk to him also, we are good friends" Aziz chiming in. "Popa Aziz, I can handle it on my own. Listen you two go home. I will get Osman to bring me over after I talk to my boss and pack a few things.".........."Ok" Leyla walks them to the front door and hugs them goodbye. "I'll see you soon. I also have something to tell you about Emre and I. It will be explained after we sit down and talk to Sanem."......."Leyla, we will wait and go together. I will go check on the grocery store and pick up anything that may be needed at home."........."OK, Dad I will call you when I am ready" With that Aziz and Nihat head over to the store and Leyla goes in to talk to her boss. He approved for her to leave so off she rushed to pack a bag and meet the fathers at the docks where Bulut and Osman were waiting also. They all headed together over to Aziz's Island in the boat. Reaching the Island Mihriban and Mevkibe were so happy to see the Loves of their Lives. Lunch was being prepared by Onur so they sat down out on the patio catching up on what had happened around here while they were gone. "Where is Sanem and my babies Nihat asked "Well, they all are sleeping. The babies have been keeping Sanem up at night from their ear infections so she is resting when they are"........."That's a shame. We know how that was didn't we Mevkibe when her and Leyla were teething. At least she has you and Mihriban to help since Can is not here."........Just them Sanem came out seeing that Nihat and Aziz were back. "Is everything ok, I have been trying to get a hold of Can and he is not calling me back."........."He's ok, today they are out search for Emre. They got a led on hopefully his where abouts. He sends his Love to you and the twins" Sanem looked at Leyla "And what brings you here sister" Leyla looked at her Dad and then at Aziz wanting them to answer. They proceeded to fill Sanem in on everything. She freaked out just as Leyla thought over Ceyda. Now Sanem became more worried for Can. Onur served them lunch and the rest of the day was pretty much relaxing and supporting each other as they waited to hear on any updates. Later in the evening Leyla, Sanem, Mevkibe, Mihriban, Nihat and Aziz were sitting around once the twins got settled for the night hopefully. Each having a evening drink Nihat asked "So Leyla, you told Aziz and I earlier that you had something to tell us. Would you like to share it with us?".........."I guess I should"........"Then speak Child!" Mevkibe said "Were should I begin?" Well, Osman asked me out on a date several weeks ago and I turned him down"......."Really?" Sanem said........."Metin never filed the divorce papers. I asked him to hold off. You see even though Emre treated me like shit. I still deep down Love him. I wanted to wait and see how he recovered from Rehab and his counseling. We both were hurting in many ways over the lost of our child and of course everything had caught up with Emre from his past. So I wanted him to think that it was over between us. I myself is seeing a counselor over the loss of a child. I need you all to understand this that if there has been no change in Emre, I will file the papers. I just felt it in my heart to wait and see how he does"........."Leyla Daughter, he has changed. He seems to be back to himself. During our sessions Can and I have heard and seen it with our own eyes. He, believe me regrets how he treated you and most of all hurt you. He has never to this day stopped Loving You. Maybe you too really need to talk things out and see a couples counselor. We won't tell him that you both are still married. That is up to you to tell him. You both have all of our support on either way this may turn. But, I am happy to hear that you are still married. And hope that you both work through this in your relationship. I Love You as though you are my own daughter along with Sanem. Your parents raised two wonder daughters and I am so grateful to have you both carry the Divit name. I truly pray that things will get better between you and Emre".........."Thank You Papa Aziz. We Love you just as much" Leyla said as tears ran down her checks and Sanem agreeing with Leyla. Both girls hugged him tight from both sides. Aziz phone was ringing and it interrupted their loving moment due to it being a call from Mitat. He told them that the search had stopped for the night and would resume again at daybreak. With that being said. They all said goodnight and headed up to their rooms to go to bed. Sanem sat out on her and Can's balcony with Leyla joining her to keep each other company. Glazing up at the stars wrapped in a blanket until two babies began to fuss. Leyla helped Sanem settle them back down after giving them something for the pain. Once the twins were back to sleep, the girls layed on the bed and eventually fell asleep.
