Chapter 55 ~ Friends

Noah: *recieves a mesage in his phone from his mom and reads it out loud* Hi son. Hailey got in an accident today and is currently in coma in the hospital. I didnt want to let you know like this but i wont be able to gather the courage to tell you via a call. The doctor said that her condition is extremely critical and only has a 5% chance of surviving. When you see this message, dont call or even message because we are all so busy trying to get things in order and get the best doctor to treat her, i will call you after if anything. I love you and take care *bursts into tears*

Noahs Pov:

My oldest sister got in an accident and can die. I dont want to seem weak infront of Dixie, i doubt i ever cried like this infront her but i cant help bawling my eyes out. I cant loose Hailey, she helped me through my breakup with Dixie, always giving me motivation to go on in life. I cant loose her

Dixies Pov:

This is devastating. Tatum and Hailey were always like my big sisters since Noah and i started dating but then i severed ties with all of them. I want my big sister back and healthy, i want her back in my life. I was the biggest idiot to severe ties with her just because of a break up. I want to see her, i need to see her!

Dixie: *tears up and looks at Noah* I want to see her Noah

Noah: *ignores Dixie and continues crying*

I never thought i would do this, ever agaim in my life, but i walked over to Noahs bed sat down and pulled his head into my chest, hugging him tightly as we both cry

Dixie: P-Please

Noah: *wraps his arms around her stomach area and cries loudly into her chest*

Dixie: *rubs his back while crying*

Noah: *sits back up, wipes his tears then Dixie tears* You are pregnant, you shouldnt be crying so much and worrying

Dixie: I want to see her please

Noah: We cant go there now, its school time

Dixie: We can skip, please?

Noah: No. Plus you severed ties with my family so if you go there then you will be seeing all of them and not only Hailey

Dixie: I dont care, i want to see her. I havent talked to her in so long and she got into an accident

Noah: *historically crying and lays Dixies head on his lap while stroking her hair and crying at the same time* I-I want to s-see her a-al-also

Dixie: T-Then please le-let us g-go

Noah: We are in a d-different s-state Dixie

Dixie: *gets up, goes on her bed and opens her laptop* I-Im going to bo-book us t-tickets

Noah: *lays down, cuddles up to the blanket while crying*

I knew i had to do something about this. I walked over to my bed and booked a flight for us on my laptop for tomorrow at 7am. Even though i despice waking up early and tomorrow we will have to leave this dorm at 5am to reach in the airport at 5:30am to get checked, i am excited to wake up early tomorrow since i get to go see Hailey again. Sure, i didnt ask anyones permission but thats ok right? Its for a good cause. I set my laptop aside and layed on my bed, cuddling up to the blanket while staring at the ceiling

Dixie: W-We arent go-going to schoo-school next w-week, y-you need re-rest and o-ou flight is to-tomo-tomorrow at 7am

Noah: I-Im sc-scared

Dixie: *walks over to Noahs bed and cuddles up to him under the blanket while they are both still crying* M-Me too

Noah and i just layed in silence, cuddling each other for a while, crying. When we finally calmed down, his phone began ringing and part of me was thinking that it is his fanily and the other oart of me is thinking that it is probably some female. I guess he realised the change in my face after his phone started ringing so he turned the phone to me and showed me that it was Tatum facetiming him
