Kris pov
I sat up with a gasp. It was all just a dream. I should have known that something so crazy couldn't be real-
"hi kris!" I heard the voice of the player
"ahhh! I yelped and looked around. They weren't anywhere to be seen.
"I'm in your head silly" they giggled.
I sighed "I guess you really are stuck to me"
"It seems like it. I can't exactly leave your body unless we're in a battle" they said thoughtfully
I sighed loudly. Maybe I should consider ripping my soal out again.
"don't you even think about it!" player yelled "I am not going back to the birdcage!"
They can read my thoughts too? Jeez I'm not save anywhere am I!
"kris I- oh your up early" my mother said looking surprised.
"yeah I had a weird dream" I scratched my head.
"ah I see" she pulled me into a hug "Well hurry along dear you've got school"
I nodded and jumped out of bed. I already had my clothes on so I didn't have to worry about putting anything on. I lazily brush my hair and stepped out of the door.
"ohh let's go explore the house" player said excitedly.
"why? It's the same house as before" I raised an eyebrow.
"I know but there might be new dialogue options"
"eh?"
"never mind just do it!"
"fiiine" I groaned as they dragged me around my house.
After they were satisfied I hopped into the car. Mom smiled at me before driving me to school.
