chapter 3

"Babe" Wyatt called as he tried to wake Heaven up.

"Hmmm" she hummed as she started to toss and turn in bed.

"Baby wake up" Wyatt told her and she shook her head.

"But I'm tired" Heaven said as she started to rub her eyes. Sitting up her eyes fluttered open and she looked around.

"Look I made breakfast for you, pancakes" he said and Heaven looked down at the tray. A smile immediately came to her face when she saw that the pancake was a little burnt. Knowing that he tried to make breakfast made her heart melt.

"Aww that so sweet, thank you" she said then kissed him on his jaw. Let me go freshen up really quick I'll be back. Walking into the bathroom she catch her hair into a messy bun then grabbed her toothbrush. Placing a little toothpaste on it she began brushing her teeth. As soon as she was finished she washed her face then left the bathroom. Wyatt was sitting down while staring into outer space. Heaven walked over to him then sat down. "Hi" she said, knocking him put of his thoughts.

"Hey" he said in his deep voice and she blushed. Wyatt handed the tray over to her and she began eating. "Hmmm it's not that bad, I remember when you couldn't cook at all" she laughed and he chuckled.

"Yeah I wanted to cook for my wife and kids so I started practicing a little. I burnt 4 pancakes before I could get this one but it all worked out see you like it" he said and she nodded then kissed his lips. He deepened the kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Mama" the twins shouted through the baby monitor and Heaven stood up.

"No I'll go get them, continue eating" Wyatt said and she smiled then nodded. A few minutes later he came back with twins with the twins crying.

"What happened?" Heaven asked as the twins approached her.

"I think Zara had a bad dream so she started crying and Zuri saw her crying and she started crying aswell" Wyatt said as he placed them both on the bed. Placing the tray aside Heaven comforted the both of them.

"What kind of dream did you have Zara?" Heaven asked.

"Dada go away, leave me" she said and Heaven sighed.

"Daddy goes to work sometimes but he always comes back, doesn't he?" Heaven asked and Zara nodded then stopped crying. Heaven shared a glance with Wyatt and he gave her an awkward smile.

"About that" he said and Heaven looked up. "I want to speak to you" Wyatt added an Heaven stood up.

"Mommy and daddy will be back okay" Heaven said as they walked out into the hall. "What's wrong?" Heaven asked as she folded her arms up to her chest.

"The job that you got me at the company requires me to travel, almost, like 24/7" he said and she gasped. "I'll only be required to come home on the weekends or maybe a day during the week. I don't know if I can go" he paused "especially with twins crying" Wyatt said and Heaven sighed.

"I didn't know that was apart of it" she said in a low voice as she bit down on her fingernail.

"Me either he said that he started travelling this year to get his business done, I can't go Heaven" I said and Heaven thought about it long and hard.

"You can go" she said and Wyatt looked at her with a questionable look on his face.

"What!?" he asked just to make sure he was hearing right.

"You can go, it's you're dream job and I wouldn't want you to have a great opportunity then let go." She told him and his face lit up.

"Are you sure I'm going to miss you and the girls so much?" He asked and she nodded and smiled.

"You can call us and so can we if we are missing each other" she told him.

"That's why I love so much" he said as he rained kisses all over her face and she giggled.

"How are we going to explain it to the twins?" Wyatt asked.

"I'll handle it don't worry" Heaven said then pecked his lips. Walking back into the room hand in hand. The kids were sitting down on the bed while eating Heaven's pancake. They had syrup and chocolate all over their face and body. Both Heaven and Wyatt looked at them in surprise.

"Mommy we left a piece for you" Zuri grinned and Heaven look down at the tray and saw their was a small piece left. They started laughing and twins stared at them then joined in with the laughter.

"Naughty babies now mommy will have to give you a long bath" Heaven said and they smiled from ear to ear. "Come here mommy has something to tell you" Heaven said as she sat down on the bed.

"You know how daddy always goes to work, he got a new job were he has to travel from here to another place" Heaven tried to explain and they nodded. "Daddy will be going on a trip but he'll come back on the weekends like Saturday and Sunday" Heaven explain waiting for them to respond.

"Otay" they both said in unison and Heaven shared a glance with Wyatt and he shrugged. She was about to break it down for them but since they said okay she wasn't going to say anything more.

"Alrighty then lets go get you girls cleaned up" Heaven said and they both climbed off the bed then ran over to her.

"Daddy will change the sheets" he said as they left the room. Heaven walked into the girls room then quickly removed their clothes.

"Mama is daddy going to go away for long" Zuri asked and she was surprised that they brought this back up.

"Um... No you know how daddy would leave for work and come back on the same day, he won't this time, he'll be taking a little bit longer. But don't worry daddy is going to call us if we miss him we can call him. When daddy comes back from his business trip he's going to buy you all the stuff that you want" Heaven explain to them and Zara looked as if she was about to cry, but when she heard the key words, call daddy and buy stuff, she got really happy.

"Yay daddy can get me a new toy" Zara squealed and Heaven smiled. Ever since the girls were born Heaven stopped working and she has been considering to go back to work but Wyatt told her not to, he can take care of her and the kids. It's been on her mind and she's still considering it, but when Wyatt leaves for work, Heaven would have to find a babysitter and she's pretty sure the girls won't like that.

"Mama let's go" Zuri said as she tugged at heaven's hand, knocking her out of her deep thoughts.

"Oh yeah" Heaven said as she took the girls inside the bathroom.

"You know, you girls will have to go to school soon right, just a couple more weeks left and my babies will be in school" Heaven said then pouted and they giggled.

"No I don't wanna go to school" Zara said as heaven placed her inside he tub.

"It will be fun, you'll meet new friends your age and learn lots of stuff" Heaven said and Zara shook her head.

"No I don't want to" she pouted and Zuri giggled.

"I wanna go, don't worry sissy you be with me" Zuri said and Heaven smiled.

"Otay" Zara said as she hugged Zuri. Heaven loved their bond together. She hoped they stay close to each other just like this when they grow older. Now that Wyatt will be gone for a couple of days she hoped that she'll be able to manage the twins on her own.
