Week 28

Seth was seated on the couch going through some files when Heaven came running down the stairs. Seth looked at her and curiosity filled his mind when he saw her panicking a little. "Heaven what's wrong?" Seth asked in a worried voice.

"The twins teacher called, she said that I should come get the twins because they are not feeling well" Heaven replied as she picked up her bag and keys.

"I'll come with you" Seth told her then stood up.

"Aren't you doing something with work and stuff?" Heaven asked.

"Yeah but it can wait" Seth said as he picked up his phone and walked over to her.

"Okay then let's get going" Heaven smiled then left the house. She got into the car along with Seth then drove off.

"I can't believe the twins are sick, this makes me worry a lot" Heaven said as she empathized the word 'a lot'.

"Don't worry maybe it's a little cold and fever" Seth assured her and she glanced at him.

"When the girls get sick I get sick and when I get sick it takes a long while to go away. I really hope it's not that serious" Heaven said and Seth agreed. "I don't want you to get sick either" She added.

"I don't get sick easily Heaven don't worry about me" he assured her "you know how kids are, they like to touch and share everything" Seth said and she nodded then sighed. A few minutes later they were at the school. Heaven quickly parked the car then got out.

"Mrs Johnson you're here, the twins are right over there" The teacher said as she directed Heaven towards them.

"Mommy!" Both the girls shouted in unison as they ran over to Heaven.

"Oh my poor babies" Heaven said then stooped down to their level. Heaven wrapped her arms around the both of them "you guys do have a fever, let's get you home, mommy will take good care of you" Heaven cooed then stood up.

"Seth Yayyy!" Zuri said as she ran over to him.

"Hey princess" Seth said then lift Zuri off the floor. "How are you feeling?" He asked and she pouted.

"I'm sick" she told him and he put on a sad face.

"Aww you poor thing tell me who gave it to you" Seth whispered into her ear while looking around.

"I think it is Daniel" she said then pointed at the little boy in the corner.

"Hi, I'm Ms Jones" the teacher introduced herself to Seth.

"I'm Seth" he said then smiled.

"The girls really like to talk about you" she said then blushed.

"Yes we love Seth" Zuri said then laid her head on his shoulder.

"We have to go" Heaven said then left with Zara. She placed Zara in her car seat, Seth came out after then placed Zuri in her car seat. Heaven got in then took a deep breath then exhale.

"Don't worry Heaven the twins are going to be fine" Seth assured her then placed his hand on her hands. He slowly brushed his finger against the back of her hand and she looked up at him. Heaven relaxed under his touch then smiled.
