Chapter 22

Week 17

Heaven was happy that Wyatt was acting like himself again. One thing that bothered her was the fact he wasn't really bonding with the twins like he use to. The twins were more interested in Seth than their own father. "What are you thinking about?" Wyatt asked when he walked into the room.

"Nothing" Heaven answered then stared up at the ceiling.

"Are you sure, you always look up at the ceiling and bite down on her lip when you are thinking about something" he said as he dried his hair.

"When you're done getting dressed why don't we watch a movie together with the kids or do something fun" Heaven asked as she sat up and he walked over to her.

"Heaven it's not movie night" Wyatt said then sat down beside her.

"You can make up for the ones you missed" Heaven told him and he groaned.

"I wanna stay up here with you" he said as he leaned forward then began placing kisses on her neck.

"Wyatt I'm not in the mood" Heaven said as she placed her hand on his chest then pushed him back.

"What? You were the one who keeps saying that I don't spend enough time with you now I am and you are pushing me away" Wyatt said then stood up.

"I know but I want you to spend more time with the girls too" Heaven told him and he rolled his eyes.

"Fine, we can do something fun together tomorrow" Wyatt told her and she stared at him. "Tomorrow, just me and twins are going to the spa" he paused "so it's Daddy daughter Spa day" he grinned and Heaven smiled.

"Great, they are going to be so happy" Heaven squealed and Wyatt chuckled.

"Now you can do something that you love tomorrow, maybe paint your nails and toes or something" He said while wiggling his fingers and toes.

"Yeah, whatever" Heaven said then stood up.

"Where are you going?" Wyatt asked when he saw Heaven leaving the room.

"I'm going to get myself some water, want some?" Heaven asked and Wyatt nodded. As Heaven made her way downstairs she heard giggling coming from the twins room. She was curious as to why the girls where laughing when she just put them to bed. Slowly turning the knob, she pushed the door opened and a smile immediately came to her face when he saw Seth wearing a dress.

"What are you doing" Heaven laughed as she closed the door.

"The girls told me to read them a story when I was passing by" Seth said then blushed a little.

"That explains Why you are wearing my dress" Heaven asked with one eyebrow raised. "And didn't I read you girls a story already?" Heaven asked as she stared at the twins who where hiding under their blankets.

"What? You told me that mommy didn't read you a bed time story" Seth paused "they told me they couldn't sleep either, they made me dress up like Cinderella and wear these really tiny glass shoes which are killing me" Seth said and the girls laughed even more. Heaven removed the blankets from their heads and they looked up at Heaven with innocent eyes.

"He had to dress the part" Zuri said then shrugged.

"The girls are taking you for a joke, you are way too soft on them" Heaven said and Seth smiled.

"Yeah, but when they give me those cute little puppy dog eyes I just can't resist" Seth said and the girls hoped out of bed. "Fine then I'm leaving" Seth said the kicker the shoes off.

"No please don't leave, you haven't finished the story" Zuri said as she followed behind Seth.

"Pretty please, with ice cream and cherry on top" Zara said with a pout.

"See they are doing it again" Seth said then sighed.

"Fine, add sprinkles too and I'm not wearing those shoes" Seth told them then sat back down.

"Mommy you can be Cinderella" Zara said as Seth took of the dress. "And Seth be the prince, we are the evil step sisters" Zuri added as she got back into the bed.

"I don't want to" Heaven said and Seth glanced at her.

"Come on Heaven, let's just finish this so I can go to bed" Seth told her and she nodded. While Seth read the book he tried his best to act the part, Heaven knew it really well since she watched it with the kids.

When they were dancing together Heaven couldn't stop laughing. Seth just stared at her in admiration. He made her do a twirl and she spin right into his arms. They stayed in that position for awhile. He stared down at her lips while she stared into his eyes, she felt the urge to kiss him but didn't make a move.

"Okay that's enough for tonight" Heaven said then pulled back and the girls started whining "Come on bed time" Heaven said.

"But the last part" Zuri said.

"You heard your mother, I am also going to my bed" Seth said then helped Heaven tucked the girls in. "You girls are really going to miss me when I'm gone" Seth said and Zuri opened her eyes.

"You are going to leave us" Zara asked and Seth shared a glance with Heaven.

"Yeah, but I promise to visit you girls everyday" He told Zara to make her feel better.

"But I don't want you to go" Zuri said with sad face.

"I promise to visit you girls and play too" He told her and she nodded. Seth left the room then sighed. Heaven went down to the kitchen then quickly grabbed the water and made her way upstairs to her room.

"What took you so long?" Wyatt groaned in his sleep.

"The girls were still awake, Heaven said as she got in bed.

"Okay, now let's snuggle" Wyatt said then wrapped his arms around her waist. Heaven smuggled into him and yawned then closed her eyes.

"It's Spa day!" Wyatt shouted as he made his way downstairs. "So you girls can spend more time with daddy Yay!" Wyatt told the girls and they got excited.

"Is mommy coming?" Zuri asked.

"Can Seth come too?" Zara asked and Wyatt chuckled.

"No silly it's just daddy and daughter" Wyatt told them as he took their hands.

"Wave bye-bye to mommy" Wyatt said and the girls told Heaven goodbye.

"Mommy when we get back, can we have Mac and cheese?" Zara asked with her head tilted to the side.

"Of course you can have Mac and cheese" Heaven told her then blew them a kiss "now enjoy your day with daddy" Heaven said and they left. "Now that I have the house to myself I don't know what to do" Heaven said to herself. "Maybe I should repaint my toenails" she said to herself as she picked up the nail polish.
