The door opened revealing a man in his thirty's with a basic white doctor coat.
"Hi, you're Y/N right?" He had a warm friendly smile as he went for a handshake.
"Yes" hesitant you gave him a firm handshake.
The doctor was suprised by your strong grip and wanted to get started with the tests right away.

You sat quietly while it seemed that your parents were a little more stressed about the longing answer.
"Calm down, would you?" You had a deadpan expression on your face as you looked at them.
"Yeah, you're right sweetie." You mother said taking deep breaths while your father copied the action.
The door opened and the doctor walked in.
He had a nervous expression on his face as he sat down. 'Say it already idiot.'
"It seems your son has been granted quite the rare quirk"
Your mother held your shoulder to support you, but it seemed she needed more support than you did.
"What is it?" Your father seemed like he didn't want to wait for an answer much longer and almost sat at the end of his chair.
"There are only one other being in the world registerd to have this quirk. We don't have that much info about it yet, but i'll tell you what I know."
"We decided to call it the same, for now.
Its called high specs. It means that your boy has unparalleled intelligence, perception and comprehension that far surpasses that of a human. We suspect that he has other talents related to this, but this is what stands on his form for now."
'Huh, that was unexpected'
It was quiet in the room, a little too quiet for your liking.
"I knew that you were smart Y/N, but not this smart" your father broke the tension and gave you a big warm grin.
"Im glad it wasn't anything hurtful" your mother gave an innocent smile and a loving stare towards you.
"Also i forgot to add, we have never had cases with these but your boy was born with his quirk. It didn't develop like normally."
'Ay, don't expose me like that'
"Does that mean that he was aware of everything around him, even as a baby?" Your mother seemed comfused but wanted to know.
"I dont know ma'am, you might have to ask your son about that one." The doctor skratched his neck while looking at you.
Your mother then turned towards you with questioning eyes.
You stood up and walked towards the door.
Twisting the knob you stepped out of the room.

due to transferrering to another world the system has given Y/N the ability to see things as the system does. For example, if Y/N wishes he can do the comand 'character profile' he can see a persons character profile.
There are also many other commands like being able to gain system type of money, so that Y/N can upgrade his levels or buy specific items.

"Hello, youre talking to nezu" his small voice joyfully said as he waited for an answer on the other end.
"Yes uhm, im very sorry for distubing you sir. You see, im a doctor in the quirk hospital section and i think you might want to hear this."
Nezu hummed and drank his tea peacefully.
"Thank you doctor for this talk. I won't keep you any longer as I have paperwork to do and I bet you have work as well"
After his goodbye's he hanged up and smiled to himself.
"Maybe I will pay this little boy a visit" He mumbled and began working on his paperwork.
