Chapter 16

A/N: I am so sorry for this late update! I've been sick and havent really had the energy to post.

He slowly sat down next to you while analizing the camera.

"Ah im giving up fixing this" He said as he sat down the camera.

When he looked up he saw the dent made from your hand on their big machine.

He understood your frustration and quietly looked towards you. His eyes widened when he saw your tired face without the mask present.

"I think im taking a break" you said as you turned towards Carlos.

"Good luck at the entrance exam!"

"Thank you" you said as you shut the front door of your home.

You wore a simple training attire with a small bag as you walked towards UA.

The walk didnt take long and you had soon arrived at the location.

Other recomended students could be seen walking around campus while quietly trying to find their way. You walked with purpose as you knew exactly where the exam would take place. After regularly having tea with Nezu from a young age, you knew the building as well as your back pocket.

Walking through a hall with numerous signs pointing to the direction of the exam you were greeted by present mic and other teachers in a open room, simular to the test grounds seen in the show. The wind stood still as the sun warmed up the field.

'Let the exams begin with good weather, thats nice'

"Everyone! Welcome to the entrance exams for recomended students of UA. You are all extremely lucky to be here! The test will start in about 20 minutes, until then get settled and ready!"

After present mic's introduction to the exams the students started to make smalltalk with eachother in excitment.

You went to the side to put your things down on the ground. With your bag on the ground you started doing simple stretches to get warmed up before the exam.

If your guesses were correct, the test was an obstacle race and you would be judged with points for each action and win. There were small tests too, but you didnt focus on them so much. Your goal?

To get the same points as momo yaoyorozu.

That way, the chances were bigger that both of you would be accepted into the school without any other characters being absent.

As you were doing simple stretches you looked at Inasa Yoarashi. He was a character that got accepted in UA with the highest score, but withdrew his application and joined shiketsu high school instead due to personal reasons.

He was a strong individual, even in some cases surpassed todorki shoto who is considerd one of the strongest in the series.

As you looked around you locked eyes with Momo. She blushed as she realized you had caught her staring at your figure.

Deciding you were done with you short stretch session you casually walked towards her.

You smiled to her with a small wave.

"Yo yaoyorozu"

" Y/n! I didnt know you would be here."

"Yeah! Funny meeting you here. You ready for the tests?" You said trying to add to the conversation.

"I think so, but im still quite nervous"

"Thats understandable and if it helps in any way I think you'll do Great!"

"Haha thank you, that is much appreciated"
She said with a happy smile.

You talked with her for a while and did a few more stretches before present mic came forward once more with the rest of the teachers.

"The tests are about to begin! Here i'll show you what activities you will be jugded in"

He began to introduce all the activities while the staff finished with all the preparations. The tests started with being split up in groups and luckily you and yaoyorozu were in the same one. Some tests were physical and other were demonstration of quirks.

You scored higher on the physical tests as you knew momo would do better on the quirk tests. Once the minor tests were done you were met with one final form of jugdment.
The obstacle race.

You would race in the groups you were assigned and would be given points for your finish time.
All the recomended students were moved to a different area where the race would take place.

As you and your group were placed you could hear present mic speak loudly.

"The written test of the recomendation entrance exam is over! Now for the obstacle race, use your quirk freely to reach the finish line!"

After his short monologe the gate counted down with lights from red to green while a loud beep was heard indicating the start of the final test.

The group ran forward, many using their quirks to go faster. You watched momo as she used a pole to jump infront of the group. You recognised it as the same move was used in the sport festival.

She was suprisingly fast as she ran, avoiding the obstacles and making new things at the same time.

You kept up with her pace and ran alongside her.
You noticed the other contestans weren't as efficient nor whity as you as they avoided the things in the race despite activly using their quirk.

You, momo and a guy were in the lead as you ran.
After some time the three of you had long outran the other contestanst.
You were coming to an alley looking area with pipes all over seen in an hero activity later in the show.

You could practicly see the finish line further away from the area.

Momo ran straight ahead thinking that was the fastest way to the finish line. You inspicted the area as she ran but stopped when you heard a loud sound beside you.

The guy that had kept up with the two of you the whole time had fallen and one of the pipes fell and landed on top of him.

He groaned on pain as he tried to move the heavy obstacle.

You looked at momo's running form and then back at him.
"Dammit.." you cursed under your breath as you took ahold you the pipe that layed on top of his legs.

The guy looked shocked as you helped him free.
After he was released you inspected him for any Injuries before trying to see if he could walk or in best case scenario, run.

He started limping but realised that he couldn't continue the race as the paint from his legs were to much to handle.
A defeated look turned into shock once more as you hoisted him up on your back.

You helped the guy, youre not gonna leave him.

"What are you doing..?"
"Bringing you with me"
