9:Two faced

"Firstly, we have to figure out where those two came from."

Emma announced.

Ray agreed.

"Carol is a replacement for Connie, in other words, they restocked the farms supply." Norman said.

"Agreed. Assuming that place really is a farm rather than an orphanage, there must be some sort of source that those demons are either producing or abducting their supply of 1 year olds." Ray hypothesise.

"To summaries our current situation in 3 points..." Norman mumbled, sweat rolling down the side of his head.

"Does that mean all of us came from that source?" Emma questioned.

"Probably." Ray shrugged. "That's where that lady must be from too."

"Our biggest clue is the fact that there are adult humans out there apart from Mama. Perhaps there are multiple farms just like this one out there too." Norman stated.

Wait...

I gasped. "What if the adults were born serving those demons- o-or what if they were abducted by demons from a normal human society! Even a small difference like that could make a huge difference in the world we're up against!"

Finding out the way those two were raised will become a key to understanding the world around us.

Ray started. "The fact that Carol was brought to us early is also a great plus. But Carol just got here."

He's right, there might still be an implant scar somewhere around her body!! But where...?

"To summarise our current situation in 3 points. 1) The adults are our key knowledge of the outside world. 2) Carol will be our key to uncovering the secret behind these trackers. And finally...

3) Mama's being weird."

I jolted. 'W-What?'

"E-Eh?" Emma stared in shock. "Sorry I don't get it!"

"But wouldn't you agree?"

"Though Indirect, she keeps trying to intimidate us and it's not just once or twice, she does it every time! Something is definitely up." Ray explained.

"If she knows all of our plans, why doesn't she just hurry up and find us?"

He's right! Mama is hiding something up her sleeve, but what is it?

"If she tried, shouldn't she be able to?" I mumbled.

"But it must be that she has some sort of reason that she either can't or intentionally doesn't." Norman noted.

"Then what's the reason?" Emma asked.

"I don't know..."

"But that's pretty much all there is to us but knowing how to predict mama's next move, understanding her reasons is our top priority right now, you know what to do right?" Ray stared at the h/c haired boy and the orange haired girl.

"Yes."

We have no idea what goes inside mamas head.
In other words, we have no idea what she'll throw at us next.

So beside that happens, we have to solve this mystery as soon as possible!
