RAY

"Hey Emma..." I gulped, staring at the scene in front of us. "We were heading to the Seven Walls... right?" She nodded, as confused as I was, "yeah..."

"And we opened the door to the entrance, right?"

"Yeah..."

'I remember it very clearly. There was no way... we followed the murals, we followed the instructions...'

"So what the hell is this? Why are we back here again?"

'Why were we back at Gracefield? The mural was pitch black...  so why was the House the first thing we see once we entered?'

"The door we went in should have brought us to the Seven Walls! So why here...?' Emma muttered under her breath, while I turned around. Where the door once was... or where it should be... "is gone?"

I gulped, anxiety creeping up on me. "Guess we'll have to move forward." Emma and I approached the House. It still looked exactly the same as before, the same dark blue roof, those white walls that had some sort of rough texture as if it wasn't painted evenly across the surface. I could still see the bolts on the windows, preventing us from pushing or pulling them open.

I stood in front of the door, inhaling a sharp breath, 'it's for them...'

I pushed open the door, and we stepped in. "Even the interior is the same..." Emma commented. I held up my weapon, Emma and I keeping an eye out for anybody, or anything. "But it feels off, doesn't it?" "Ah... it's quiet." Emma gulped, "too quiet..."

"Do you think its empty?" Emma questioned, "we need to make sure." I replied. Just as we were about to climb the stairs, a loud sound, like a voice in the wind, called out. We looked up, and I could feel fear gripping my chest, 'just what the hell was that?!'

Tap! Tap! Tap!

A small, black ball bounced off the steps, landing right in front of us. "A... ball?" Emma and I exchanged looks, cautious of the ball.

"Let's play."

Emma gasped while I raised my gun, ready to shoot. There was an eye in the middle of it, and it was most definitely creepy. Was it an eyeball engraved in a ball? Was it some sort of spirit?

"Uwah!" A scream snapped me out of my trance, and I turned around to see Emma falling into a door in the floor. "Emma!" I called out, reaching for her hand. However, I was too late. Just as she fell in, the door shut.

"Ray!"

I gasped. 'She's on the second floor? Something isn't right!'

"Emma! If you can here me, call back! Where are you?" I raised my gun, cautious of my surroundings. 'Is this what the ball meant by playing? Emma fell through a door in the floor that appeared out of nowhere, and all of a sudden, she's on the second floor? Crap, just where is she? Did she hear me? Did she get transported somewhere else?'

As I looked around, calling out for Emma, my surroundings began to warp and distort. 'What the... are my eyes deceiving me?'

"Ray."

I furrowed my eyebrows, confused and horrified at what was in front of me. "Mama...?"

'What the... Hao, Cedi, Connie, Gary... everyone...'

"Ray."

My eyes widened hearing his voice, I reluctantly turned around, seeing his adorable lips curve into a bright smile, "welcome home." He stepped forward, embracing me. "Y/N..." Sharp breaths escaped me fast and heavy, 'is this some sort of joke...?' For a second, I could feel myself leaning into his touch, yearning more. 'I missed you...' Just as I felt a surge of happiness and relief, I felt something amiss.
