"Stop I don't want to hurt them, please" Remus cried, banging his head against his wall.
"I don't wanna GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" Remus started to bang his head harder making his head hurt tremendously.
"Remus?" Janus said from the door way.
"Go away! I'll hurt you!" Remus cried but he seemed to stop banging his head against the wall.
"Remus, you're not going to hurt me. Is it the thoughts again?" Janus said to his green counterpart making his way over to him.
"Yeah," Remus said reluctantly started to calm down.
"Let's go watch something to get your mind off them ok?"
"Ok"
