31. I Feel Shy.

We're back at the place holding all the music competitions this year,

And I'm tired, I'm exhausted with all this already. We were done with the main Band battle and today It's just the side competitions.

Like the duo's, trios and the solos.

This time around our seniors volunteered Singto to go for the solo competition, to which he initially declined.

I was honestly confused as to why he would do that but when we talked about it he said that he didn't want to take my Society away from me, he said that I'm the one usually going for such competitions and he didn't wish to take that away from me.

Now that the asshat likes me, he's now suddenly going to be considered ?

Arghhh I'm already confused about him why is he making things harder?

Was he always sweet? And I just didn't realise it?

Argh that makes things worse,

Ah anyways, after talking to him and telling him that I want him to go and participate he finally agreed.

He's good, his voice is soothing and despite not having prior experience he's good with controlling his voice.

"Is it my turn yet?"

"Huh?" I flinched when I heard Singto's voice a bit too close to my ear for my liking.

"Oop, did I scare you?" He smiled making  my heart beat thump.

What the hell is wrong with you Krist.

"Oh Nong Singto you're back,"

"Khap Phi Guy" Singto smiled.

"You're after this performance..."

"Oh okay okay" Singto said making me look up at him,

"What song are you singing?" I asked.

"Oh it's a secret" he smirked making me pout,

"Aau?"

"Singto go get on stage, for your mic check" Phi Guy said making Singto nod before he looked back at me.

"Pay attention" Singto said passing a small wink towards me making me gulp as I blushed.

I saw him grab a guitar before making his way up towards the stage.

"Check one two, " he said into the mic.

{A/n writing that particular sentence brought back a very embarrassing memory of mine. I~ my DM's are open if you want to have a story time 😂}

He got the sound guy to fix up a few things before he finally got settled.

"Swadikhap, I'm Singto Prachaya Ruangroj from Heathfield International School, and I'll be performing a really special song hope you like it" he said earning a Loud hoot from the audience.

Mainly girls, I looked over only to see multiple swooning over him standing there with a guitar in his hand as he smiled all cutely.

"Who's he being cute for?" I muttered. Getting a bit annoyed.

He started playing the intro cords and I instantly knew what song he was playing.

The entire Audi somewhat went silent hearing his strumming, which honestly sounded like a pro.

He really is good at eveything huh?

I smiled as my eyes got locked onto him,

I smiled as he finished up the song, his eyes closed as he completely immersed himself into singing.

I've always been so jealous of him, being perfect in everything he does, but the more I think about it all the worse I feel, how pathetic can I be.

I've been running away from his confessions, why?

When in reality even I know what's going on, that jealousy I felt for him has turned into genuine awe and respect for a while now.

I stopped seeing him as Competition instead I, I see him as a friend a companion the more I run from it the more I get caught in it.

I felt genuinely hurt when he said he'd leave, the way I behaved it wasn't because I hated him but because,

I like him,

My eyes widened when I came to the obvious realisation,

"Shit I like him" I muttered blushing, I looked around to find the man in question,

"Damn, this is his first time here and he's already popular hu?" Phi toptap said nudging on my side, while I got further annoyed by the site infront.

"Yeah very popular" I said gritting my teeth.

Singto was surrounded by people, giving all of them a warm smile and courteous nods,

"Ah this asshole" I grumbled before walking over to where Singto was now laughing at someone's joke,

"Ahaha how funny, if you'll excuse us" I said honey dripping from my words as I grabbed onto Singto's elbow pulling him away from the mob of people rather roughly.

"Oi, ouch Kit that hurts" he muttered behind me while I ignored it all,

My eyes searching for a alone space for us to talk in,

I pulled him into an empty room, pinning him against the wall while I stood infront of him.

"What happened kit?" He asked slightly cockily raising one of his eyebrows.

Interesting, I suddenly feel shy,

Oh crap.
