Rengoku was injured when the two had arrived. Very injured. His left eye was practically smashed, his ribs broken, his organs wounded. Shoichi leaned forward, worry painted over his face as he stood beside Inosuke and Tanjiro. "Is... Is Rengoku-san gonna die?" the twelve year old questioned, tears brimming his eyes.
During the fight Rengoku had positioned himself to stand in front of you, aiming to keep you and everyone else safe. "I will fulfill my duties! I won't allow anyone here to die!" flames licked at his blade as he made his declaration.
Akaza glowed, his eyes narrowed in irritation. Why was this hashira guy all over you? The basketball demon growled, shooting forward, Kyojuro doing the same.
Shoichi couldn't let Kyojuro die! He promised Senjuro! The boy tightened his grip on the handle of his weapon, determined to get in between the two feral men.
