I love this episode like crazy just showing how strong their bound is. Even though we for sure won't get those words that it's "cannon" but for sure to us it is.
The fact that Naruto and Sasuke share their pain and that sasuke states that it's practically Naruto who connects him to the village. A lot of sasusaku shippers sometimes state this is their moment when the episode in fact confirms it's Naruto in the end. The fact that too the girl says "your sasukes..." and doesn't say anything she could of said friend as well but she probably thought by sauske words he meant much more.
Even in boruto when sasuke goes back in time he talks to a younger Naruto who's training hard and is doubting he could bring a "friend" back sasuke mentions that a friend saved him and that he was the only one that didn't give up on him.
I just really can't see how sasuke is with Sakura. I just don't really understand im we know sauske tried to rid of Naruto only because he knew if Naruto caught up to him he would be enough to stop him and I believe as well that because Naruto is his weakness. Even in the last fight he says my one and only and I think he says bond or friend after.
Naruto never did ONCE think of the way to stop sasuke was killing him . When Sakura thought that was the only way to free him or stop him. Naruto got on his knees to beg for sasukes life he let someone beat him to make up for one of sasukes mistakes. Had a panic attack when he heard sasuke was going to be sentence to death.
I'm sure sasuke in some way does care for Sakura but still I would of believed she actually loved sasuke if she was working as hard as Naruto. All she did was tell Naruto to bring him back. Even though we know that episode where Naruto says he long stopped doing it for her but for him.
I don't know loves there is really maybe no point in posting this because we'll we already know the outcome and there are still many moments boruto with them. There's this part where they need to escape sasuke has enough to teleport himself but not enough for Naruto. Naruto tells him to go and sasuke said " it's pointless without you "
And Naruto says he feels the same and tells him to go and he teleports out and the ep ends with him hoping Naruto doesn't die
