𝚘𝚢𝚊𝚜𝚞𝚖𝚒 ~ 𝚘𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚒 𝚋𝚏/𝚐𝚏 𝚜𝚌𝚎𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚘𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚘𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚜

i drew some appearance headcanons :)

i imagine a lot to the point of shutting everything else out and practically being inside my own head in my own scenarios! so, here's how i constantly imagine the main cast! keep in mind this is real world, four years post death of mari. and, if you enjoy this, i could make a part two with any other characters you'd like me to :)
if any of these hcs are harmful in any way, let me know and i'll delete them straight away! i want to make sure that i won't be hurting anybody with these!
also one more disclaimer: these are my interpretations, so if you disagree, i'd appreciate it if you weren't rude about it! but, i'm still curious: what are your appearance hcs?

(warning: mentions of s/h and injuries, self-loathing, unhealthy eating habits)

SUNNY

- japanese/white
- a lot paler from lack of sunlight
- messier and longer hair; he doesn't leave home for haircuts and cuts it with plain scissors at home (and he likes it very fluffy)
- extremely defined bones and eyebags due to his lack of a decent sleep schedule and because he doesn't eat properly
- wears comfy clothing like baggy jumpers and sweatpants, they're often very dirty
- very short and skinny due to light malnutrition

KEL

(pardon my poorly drawn ball)
- hispanic
- transmasc
- coated in freckles and acne from the sun and the amount of sport he plays
- always a little sunburnt
- constantly sweaty for some reason
- a lot of bandaids because he's hurt a lot, but he barely feels it because of how often he ends up injured ("oh this deep bleeding gash up my leg? oh haha i tripped, barely hurts")
- wears his hair up so it won't get in the way of his playing and he doesn't like the feeling when it's down
- really matted, greasy and knotty hair because he doesn't like the feeling of brushing it (sensory issues moment)
- chipped tooth because he was hit directly in the face by a ball once; he's completely fine but he chooses to keep it for some reason
- tall and skinny as hell because of all the sport he plays
- has a very square jaw from chewing a lot of gum to make his face look more masc

AUBREY

- korean/white
- gets hurt in gang fights sooo... ✨hello kitty bandaids✨
- braces, often in bright colours
- has multiple different coloured contacts that she mixes and matches because two-toned eyes make her look cool
- heavy eye makeup
- gets bloody noses often from stress and injuries so there's always some leftover dried blood around her nose
- cuts her own bangs or kim helps her
- lots of jewellery; she jingles when she walks
- purple hair extension
- always has chipped nail polish
- a little chubby

HERO (aka the controversial one lmao)

- hispanic
- pierced ears
- a bit of stubble; he's experimenting with how he looks because he's in college and wants to try something new
- beauty spot
- bandaids on his face, thighs and arms because he has the habit of hitting/scratching/picking at his skin when he's frustrated, stressed or not up to his own standards
- necklace a going away gift from kel
- very messy hair
- reading glasses because being hunched over doing work in the dark destroyed his eyesight
- tall and muscular; does a lot of exercise because it helps him feel better

BASIL

- german, irish and british heritage, but his accent is irish
- tanned and coated in freckles because he spends a lot of time in the sunny garden
- clothes covered in dirt a lot of the time
- greener eyes
- horrid eyesight and glasses, wore contacts for a while because he was bullied as a little kid (called nicknames like four eyes, etc) but got sick of losing them so he went back to glasses
- hair grew darker blonde with age and he grew his fringe out to hide behind it
- paints his nails because it helps him to not bite them
- always puts flowers in his hair, and puts them in polly's hair as well
- short and chubby, and hides it behind baggy clothes because he's worried he'll be bullied for it

MARI (if she made it) (i couldn't come up with a lot for her)

- japanese/white
- shorter hair with dyed purple tips that she does herself; she also helps aubrey with hers
- cane user
- wears light makeup
- pierced ears
- tall, but not as tall as hero and kel
