Pico stepped out the closet and saw Ben run through the back door, he went after him.

Its been five minutes since Pico came outside looking for Ben.

"Where did he go that quick?" Pico got a idea. He took his phone out and called Ben, he then heard it ring and followed where it came from. Pico stopped in front of the garden scanning the area and found that same heart shaped ahoge squirming. He was behind the green house though that was a bad hiding spot because its clear.
"How did you get in here?"
*Beep*
Ben quickly stood up not looking at Pico.
"I-It was unlocked."
"Maybe we should go somewhere else and talk. We're kinda out in the open."
"... U-Um..."
"Ben... are you being bullied?"
Bens froze for a minute, he didn't want to tell Pico because he thought he would hurt Xavier. He was also scared what Xavier would to do him if he told anyone. He sat back down getting lost in his thoughts.

Ben POV
Should I tell him? What if he hurts him and gets in trouble? What if Xavier found out I told anyone? What should I do- "Ben." I opened my eyes to see Pico crouching down and his hand on my cheek "What happened to your face?" "Ah u-um..." Oh no. What do I say?

"I-I did this to myself. My mind kept wondering off in class so I slapped- your not buying this are you?"
"Not one bit." Pico said unconvinced.
"Does it hurt?"
"It hurts less."
"Ok, so who did this?"
Ben got shocked at Pico making a scary pissed off face. Now Ben was really scared to tell, he was more worried about what Pico would do to Xavier.
"If I tell you you'll hurt him."
"Ok I won't." Pico calmed down trying to reassure Ben. Ben looked at Pico for a second.
"Your lying." Ben pouted.
"Ok ok I'll try not to, though it will be hard."
"It...it was Xavier."
"That asshole."
"You know him?"
"He's in two of my classes, he's fucking annoying."
Pico looked back at Ben realizing his hand was still on his cheek. He backed up completely turning red and so did Ben, Pico stood up and held his hand out to Ben who took it.
"How long has this been happening?"
"Um... four months." Ben looked down.
Pico was angry with himself, he thought to his self that he should've noticed right away. Pico hugged Ben.
"I'm sorry I should've noticed."
"You don't need to be sorry, this was actually the first time he hit me."
Pico pulled away and Ben gave him a warm smile, Pico also smiled and pat Bens head.
"Are you going to fifth period?"
"Yeah I don't want to skip another class, where are you going to go?"
"The rooftop, I'll be down before dismissal."

*Ring*

"Oh I better get going bye."
"See you later."
Ben and Pico went to their destinations. While in class Ben heard some people giggling about the incident that happened some even pointed at him. He felt like crying again but held it in. Eventually dismissal came and the halls were crowded again, this time Ben waited for everyone in his class to leave then he left. He walked out the front door looking around for Pico and he finally saw him waving, Ben ran over to Pico.

"Hey softie-"
Ben hugged him which surprised Pico at first but he hugged him back.
"How was class-"
Pico stopped talking when he heard him crying.
"Ben what happened?!"
Ben lifted his head up
"I... got l-laughed at, I-I shouldn't have p-painted that..."
Ben buried his head in Picos chest again crying. Pico was thinking about what to do to cheer him up, then he thought about something.
"Hey Softie?"
Ben looked up at Pico again still crying.
"How about some ice cream to cheer you up?"
"I-I don't have any money."
"I'll pay, my treat."
"Y-You don't have to do that!"
Pico chuckled.
"It's cool really."
Pico wiped his tears.
"But-"
"No buts."
Pico let go and grabbed Bens hand, making their way to the ice cream shop.

They arrived several minutes later. They got their ice cream and sat at a bench.

"How you feeling Blue?"
"... Better."
"Hey...is it ok if I see your painting?"
Ben turned red and frowned.
"I bet it looks amazing. I won't laugh I promise." Pico said with a smile.
Ben had butterflys in his stomach. He grabbed the painting and showed it to Pico. Ben was nervous. What would Pico think? Would he think he was weird for painting him.
"I love it. Don't listen to those bastards."
Ben looked at Pico and saw him red smiling.
"We should get home. It's five already."
"O-Ok."
Pico walked Ben home. They were talking on the way, they got to his house ten minutes later.

"See you at school B."
"Ah...o-ok..."
"What's up softie?"
"T-Thank you for comforting me. If you need to be comforted I'll be there."
Pico chuckled.
"No problem and thanks."
They said their final goodbyes and went their separate ways.

Pico POV
I was walking back to my place until I saw that bastard. I tried to listen to softie and walk away but "That damn shrimp. I should've took a picture of his pathetic face." Oh hell no. I walked over to Xavier.

"If your gonna talk shit about someone do it straight up bitch."
Xavier turned around and gave Pico a glare.
"If it isn't shrimpys boyfriend. Shouldn't you two be making out."
"Fuck you. Leave Ben alone."
"If I don't?" Xavier gave a smug face.
Pico got even more pissed off and got closer.
"Wanna find out?"
"Please I'm not scared of yo-"
Pico punched him in the face so hard he fell. Xavier looked at Pico with a shocked look.
"Aww what's wrong wasn't expecting that?" Pico grinned.
"You bastard!"
Xavier got up and tried to punch Pico but he dodged and punched him again giving Xavier a bloody nose knocking him on the ground again.
"Leave. Him. Alone."
Xavier shook at Picos deadly glare. Pico walked away leaving him on the ground.

The next morning Ben was walking alone again until Pico came walking up.

"Morning Softie."
"Good morning Pico."
"How'd you sleep B?"
"I didn't get much sleep. I was thinking too much." Ben giggled.
"How about you?"
"I slept better than before."
They came up to the front gate walking in. Ben looked at Xavier, he had a bandage on his cheek and over his nose.

"I wonder what happened to him."
"I wonder to B."
Ben looked at Pico.
"Why'd you do that?"
"I had to hit a bitch. He was talking shit about you." Pico said.
Ben cheeks turned pink.
"But what if you get in trouble?"
Pico pat Bens head.
"He won't tell."
Ben still had his doubts but decided to let it go.
