Autumn sat with Luke and Evie at the cafe as they had arranged to meet before work. Luke was laughing at the little girl sat opposite him as she had chocolate on her face and hands as Autumn was trying to clean up her daughter.

"You know your not supposed to laugh at her." Autumn says cleaning up Evie as she looks over at Luke who was still laughing.

"How can you not laugh that it adorable and she has your facial expression which makes it even funnier." Luke tells her as he smiles at Autumn while a small smile appears on her face.

"One of the only things that she does get from me because this young lady looks like her daddy."Autumn tells him as she looks at her daughter.

"He means a lot to you doesn't he? Evie dad I mean." Luke says to autumn as she turns to look at him slightly confused to why he said that.

"What make you say that?" She says as she moves Evie's plate out of her reach so she can't cause anymore mess.

"Your eyes light up when talk about him and your body language changes you seem more comfortable, relaxed. And you seem happy." Luke says to her as autumn looks at him.

"You got all that just from this breakfast because I think your skills have become rusty Luke. Mark is Evie's dad and so he means something to me but there's never been anything between us and there never will be." Autumn tells him but also telling herself.

"Yang...You're going solo today." Autumn tells Cristina as she hands her the patients file.

"Uh, been there." Cristina says unenthusiastically as autumn turns to her.

"Cardio solo.Valve replacement." Autumn tells her as Cristina turns to her slightly surprised.

"Uh, porcine or..." Cristina asks her as Autumn finishes the sentence for her.

"Mechanical." Autumn tells her student as her eyes begin to glow.

"So I can try out the subannular stitches." Cristina says as Autumn looks up at her from her own patients file.

"Well, I didn't teach it to you so you could crochet." Autumn tells her.

"Okay, thank you." Cristina calls out as autumn goes to check on some of her patients.

Autumn left Cristina with the patient as she got paged to the E.R as she walked over to the nurse. "Do you know who paged me?" Autumn asks the nurse as the nurse looked up at her.

"Yeah bed 4." She says as autumn walks over to bed 4 as she saw Evie with one of the daycare staff as she had cut her head.

"Oh baby girl what happened?" Autumn asks as she looks at her daughters head as she looks at the daycare staff.

"She was playing and she slipped on one of the toys and hit her head on the table." The daycare staff told her as Autumn nodded her head.

"Well that's no good is it sweetheart thank you for staying with her." Autumn said as the daycare staff nodded as she headed off upstairs as autumn sat with her daughter.

Autumn picked up Evie as she walks down the hallway as Cristina calls out for her. "Oh, dr. Montgomery, uh, the patient is no longer interested in the mechanical valve." Cristina tells her as Autumn faces her.

"Well, I couldn't give you A total unadulterated dream case.People would talk." Autumn says to her.

"Uh, I just spent hours prepping for the mechanical. A-a pig valve is a whole different surgery." Cristina says to her as Autumn smiles at her student.

"Two for the price of one.Just think about how much you're learning.You want me to get someone else?" Autumn asks as she tests Cristina.

"No." Cristina tells her as she heads off to prepare for the surgery as Autumn heads up to the peds floor to check in on her patient quickly as Evie didn't want to go back to daycare.

Autumn was walking around the hospital as Evie had fallen asleep on her shoulder as she headed upstairs as she bumped into Mark and her sister.

Marks eyes fell on his daughter head as he looked at Autumn. "What happened to her?" Mark says already stressed from sloan surgery.

"She just tripped and bumped her head at daycare she's fine just cut her head but we got it stitched up and she completely fine just tired." Autumn tells him.

"Well she could have a concussion or anything." Mark says as Autumn rolls her eyes at Mark as Addison smiles slightly at her sisters expression.

"Mark she's completely fine children bump themselves all the time and hey Addie nice to see you how come you didn't tell me you were coming?" Autumn says as she looks at her older sister who was smiling at her.

"It was a last minute thing and it good to see you too and how's my favourite niece doing?" Addison asks as Evie had woken up looking at her dad and Aunt.

"Well she awake now thanks to Mr big mouth next to you what's up with you anyway?" Autumn says as she looks at Mark.

"There's some complications with sloans pregnancy and I was doing a surgery but mark here went all dad mode and I had to stop but that mean I can have cuddles from my favourite niece before my plane back to LA." Addison says holding her arms out for the toddler as autumn handed her over.

Autumn walked with Addison as she want going to catch her flight back to LA as she had taken Evie back to daycare while Teddy had taken over teaching Cristina for the rest of her surgery.

"So who's this Luke?" Addison says as she looks at her younger sister grinning slightly.

"Who told you about Luke?" Autumn says as she looks at her sister.

"Mark did and let me tell you he's not the biggest fan of that guy." Addison says as Autumn rolls her eyes at Mark.

"Of course he did and he doesn't like any guy. Luke he's an old friend and he's great he kind and he's amazing with Evie." Autumn says as Addison looks at her.

"What's the but?" Addison asks her sister who looks at her confused.

"There is no but he's a great guy an amazing guy in fact but he seems to think I have feeling for mark." Autumn says as Addison smiles knowingly.

"And do you have feelings for Mark?" Addison asks her.

"No for Mark Sloan never he's Evie's dad and he'll always be something to me but we're friends and co parents nothing more." Autumn tells Addison.

"Well then you should tell Luke that." Addison lies knowing how her sister actual felt for mark as she hugged autumn. "You deserve to be happy." Addison tells her.

Autumn hugs her sister back as she says goodbye to her before going to check on her patients.

A/N- I thought Autumn maybe could date Luke for a while as people have asked for Sofia to be born and Mark is going to be with Autumn but I think I will hold off till Callie is pregnant as I don't want him to cheat on autumn.
