Autumn finished getting braiding Evie's hair while Mark was taking a shower. "What do you think? Does it look good?" Autumn asks Evie smiling at her daughter.

Evie smiled brightly nodding her head before she turned towards Autumn. "Thank you mommy." Evie said smiling while hugging Autumn.

Autumn kissed her head and rubbed her back smiling. "Anytime sweet girl. Now why don't you go get your jacket on while I go finish making breakfast." Autumn instructed her daughter before heading downstairs.

Autumn looked surprised to see Mark making breakfast. "I thought you were still in the shower." She asks causing Mark to look at her smiling.

"I don't take that long. And I look good no matter what." Mark says causing Autumn to smile in response. "Now you sit down while I feed you and Sloan Junior." Mark said causing Autumn to roll her eyes at him.

"Sloan Junior? It might not even be a boy you've got three daughters already. I may be pregnant Mark Sloan but I'm still very capable of making breakfast for our daughter." Autumn said looking at Mark who rolled his eyes in response to her statement.

"I know but this time it's different you know I mean we're actually together and I just want to help you however I can do humour me please." Mark said wrapping his arms around her waist while trailing kisses across her cheek.

"Fine just this once your lucky I love you." Autumn said wrapping her arms around his neck while she turned in his embrace.

"Oh believe me I'm aware how lucky I am." Mark said leaning down and kissing her. Autumn smiled at his comment before leaning up and kissing him back.

Autumn handed her file to the nurse before turning to see Callie. "Hey are you going to Zola's party?" Callie asks while the two headed to the E.R.

"Yeah we should be. Might distract Mark from the whole baby thing. He's obsessed with being there for me or something I just need space to breath." Autumn exclaimed while she continued to rant to Callie.

"Do you want me to have a word with him? Tell him to back off a little. Believe me I know what it's like I had him and Arizona remember?" Callie said while Autumn looked at her.

"Could you? I just don't want to sound mean he's great but he's suffocating me a little. Last time I did it on my own I mean I was in another city and I'm just not used to having someone else to support me. I had Addie and she's great." Autumn says looking at Callie.

"I get it. It's different though you've got people to help you. But mark can be a bit full on sometimes." Callie said while Autumn nodded in agreement before the two continued to catch up.

Callie walked over to Mark after he finished up with one of his patients. "Hey." Callie said looking at her best friend.

"Hey." Mark said looking at her strangely before handing his files to the nurse.

"Listen you to dial down the whole supportive act with Autumn." Callie says causing Mark to look at her confused.

"Why would I do that? She's pregnant I'm going to help her she's carrying my kid." Mark says causing Callie to roll her eyes.

"She's also your girlfriend who has been pregnant before. Look you need to stop going full sloan on her. She feels like she's been suffocated." Callie explains to Mark.

"What's full Sloan?" Mark questions her while they headed to his next patient.

"You become a bit full on. You did it with me when I was pregnant with Sofia. Look I get your trying to be there for Autumn but she's pregnant she's not incapable of anything. She's independent you know that." Callie says looking at Mark.

Mark sighs looking at Callie. "I wasn't around for when she was pregnant with Evie at first I was so scared I completely avoided the whole thing and then I was in New York. I just want to be there for her with this baby." Mark admits while Callie smiles at him.

"She knows that but Autumn knows what she's doing and she'll tell you if she needs anything for now just try be there for when she needs you. She's still Autumn she's just Autumn who's carrying another Sloan." Callie shrugged causing Mark to laugh before the two headed to their patients.

"Dr Montgomery did you give Dr Altman and Dr Yang the go ahead to take the surgery from Dr McQueen?" Owen asks causing Autumn to look at him confused.

"No I definitely did not why?" Autumn asks him while she could tell he was pissed towards his wife and the cardio surgeon.

"I'll explain later thank you Dr Montgomery." Owen said walking away leaving Autumn confused while Mark walked towards her.

"What was all that about?" Mark said looking after Owen.

"I have no idea. Did you remember to pick up Zola's present?" She asks knowing he had picked Evie up from school.

"Yes it's in my locker and Evie is with the babysitter. Look I just wanted to say sorry for going full sloan on you as Callie called it. I just wanted to make up for not being there when you were pregnant with Evie." Mark said while Autumn pressed her lips against his cutting him off.

"You don't need to make it up to me. Evie was a happy surprise that neither of us expected you were in shock. It's different this time we're together I get that but I'm pregnant Mark I'm still me." Autumn said while Mark smiled at her.

"I know that and I'll lay off I'll be here if you need me though." Mark said causing Autumn to smile at him and kiss him again.

Autumn stood with Callie and Sofia while Mark and Arizona were playing with Evie. "Whatever you said to him seemed to get through." Autumn said smiling at Callie.

"Well he's just worried about letting you down." Callie said playing with Sofia while Autumn watched Mark.

"He really was meant to be a dad." Autumn says while Callie looked at her daughter and then at Mark and Evie.

"Yeah he was." Callie says while the two smile at once another before going to congratulate Richard on his 10,000 surgery.
