The attending's met to discuss the future of the residents as Autumn felt her stomach cramping but chose to ignore it. She put it down to just being Braxton hicks.
Autumn walked beside Mark as he looked at her. "Are you sure your going be okay? I can ask someone else to go I can stay." Mark says as Autumn looks at him.
"Mark sloan you are going we'll be fine it'll be two days at most." Autumn says to him as he wraps his arms around her.
"Only if your sure." Mark says to her pressing his lips against hers while she smiled at him.
"You are going. And there's no sign junior is going to make an appearance anytime soon. I'll probably be way overdue and annoying the hell out of you." Autumn says to Mark while he smiles at her.
"I can't wait to meet you." Mark says placing his hand on her bump as Autumn smiled before he went to pack his stuff and prepare for the surgery.

Mark said goodbye to Evie and Sofia that morning as he walked to meet the other surgeons as he wrapped his arms around Autumn. "You'll be back tomorrow." Autumn chuckles to him as Mark looked at her.
"I know but I'm still going to miss you." Mark says as Autumn smiles at him.
"Well you can show me just how much when you get back." Autumn says to him as Mark leans in and kisses her. Autumn kisses him back before resting her head against his.
"I love you." She said having a feeling like she need to remind him.
"I love you more than anything." Mark told her kissing her one last time before the two turned seeing Arizona having a go at Alex.

Autumn woke up feeling a heavy cramping as she groaned slightly in pain. She knew just what it meant the baby was coming. "Not now." Autumn growled before quickly calling Callie.
"Hey its 3am you missing Mark already? I mean I miss Arizona but they'll be back later today." Callie said with a tired voice before she heard Autumn groan.
"I think the baby is coming." Autumn groaned down the phone to Callie.
"Get Evie and I'll be there in like 10 minutes." Callie told her before hanging up the phone as Autumn went to get Evie and called Mark. His phone went answer phone as she groaned in annoyance.
"Hey i know your probably busy or in surgery but this baby is coming. I just wanted to tell you I'll see you when you get back." Autumn left a message before getting Evie ready quickly.

Autumn groaned in pain as Callie went to drop Sofia and Evie at the daycare while Dr Chen checked over Autumn. "Your 7cm dilated." Dr Chen said as Autumn says looking at her.
"No I can't be I would've felt it." Autumn said as Dr Chen looked at her.
"You probably thought it was your Braxton hicks but this baby will be here soon." She told Autumn as the pain continued to get stronger.

"Have you heard anything from Mark or Arizona?" Autumn said looking at Callie as the contractions were getting stronger.
"I've left messages but their probably in surgery. Your doing great Autumn." Callie said as Autumn groaned loudly in pain.
"I want Mark." Autumn said looking at Callie as she looked at her best friend in pain.
"He'll be here as soon as he can." Callie says as Autumn scrunches her face from the pain of the contractions.
"I told him to go. I didn't think the baby would be coming. What if he misses the birth he'll hate me." Autumn said as Callie shook her head at Autumn.
"Mark sloan could never hate you he loves you so much. He'll just be glad to have a new daughter or a son." Callie says to her as Autumn cried out in pain as the contraction got stronger.
"I wish he was here. I wish Addie was here." Autumn says to her as Callie smiles at her.
"I've got an idea." Callie grabs Autumns phone as she FaceTimes Addison.
"Hey i hear my niece or nephew is ready to make an appearance how you feeling?" Addison says looking at her sister with a huge smile.
"It hurts Addie. Mark isn't here either everything is just wrong. I'm scared Addie what if I can't do this? What if I can't love this baby as much as I love Evie?" Autumn cried out to her sister.
"Mark Sloan will turn up just in time he's always been great for that. And you can do this Taytum you are the best mom I know and you will love this baby no matter what. Okay so be brave and you will be fine." Addie says as Autumn nods before they continued their conversation.

"Right Autumn you're fully dilated this baby is ready to come. When I say I need you to start pushing." Dr Chen said as Autumn held Callie's hand and nodded.
Autumn continued to push before the baby started crowing as she threw her head back against the pillow. "This isn't right Mark should be here." Autumn cried out looking at Callie.
"You know babies they come when they want it's not like we decide." Callie tried to reassure her before Autumn shook her head.
"I can't do this I'm too tired." Autumn groaned and cried in pain before Callie shook her head at her.
"No you Autumn Montgomery are the strongest person I know. You are an amazing mom and you will be to this baby now come you can do this." Callie said as Dr Chen looked at Autumn.
"When your ready I need one big push." Dr Chen said to Autumn nodded before she began pushing again. The room fell silent as a loud cry echoed through the room.
Dr Chen placed the baby on Autumns chest as she looked at the baby. "Congratulations you've got a son." Dr Chen says as Autumn looked at her son pressing small kisses on his head as Dr Chen cleaned him up.
"You've got a son. I can't believe he's perfect Autumn." Callie says with tears in her eyes as she looked at Autumn.
"He is. He looks like Mark." Autumn says crying slightly as she looked at her son.

Autumn laid holding her son as Richard, Callie, Teddy and the residents watched on. "He's perfect good job." Teddy says as Autumn sends her a smile.
"He looks like Mark." Jackson says as Autumn looks up at him.
"Yeah he does is there any news on them?" Autumn says looking at the room full of doctors.
"I'm sure the plane is just delayed he'll be here soon to meet his boy." Richard says sending Autumn a smile as she smiled at her son.
"Has he got a name?" Alex asks as Autumn shook her head.
"Not yet we've got a few we like but nothing we've agreed on." Autumn says stroking her sons cheek as he snuggles into her. Autumn smiled at the latest arrival to the sloan family but had no idea what would be going on with her children's father.
Who knew what would happen next it was supposed to be one of the happiest days of her like. However it may just turn into one of the worst days of her life.
