"Sefu, I will be repairing your brother's heart defect tomorrow while Dr. Sloan, our head of plastics, he will construct Kondo a new sternum." Autumn says to the older brother as Lexie stands beside her as Sefu translates what his brother says.

"He wants to know, if he dies, could we wait to tell the family at home. Our sister's birthday is tomorrow, and he doesn't want to ruin it." Sefu tells them as Autumns gives the little boy a small smile.

"We are gonna take really good care of you. Okay?" Autumn reassures him as Arizona looks at the little boy.

"And you are not gonna ruin your sister's birthday." Arizona says to him.

"We have to look at his chest, okay?" Autumn says as they all look at the little boys chest as his heart was just beneath his skin.

"Wow." Lexie mumbled as Autumn turned to her slightly as she nodded.

Autumn walked down the hallway as she saw Sefu sat resting his back against the wall as she turned to him.

"Sefu ... didn't they get you a cot so you could stay with your brother tonight?" She asks him as he looks up at her.

"I can't sleep." Sefu tells her as Autumn goes to sit beside him as she looks at him. "Back home ... I have all of these sisters, but Kondo ... he's my only brother. And ... I don't want to lose him." Sefu says to her as she looks at him

"I know you don't. I know." Autumn says to him as she holds his hand and sits with him for a while resting her head against the wall.

Autumn walked into Marks apartment as she smiled as she saw Evie was asleep on his chest as he laid on the couch watching a football game as he smiled as he saw her.

"Hey hows she been?" Autumn asks him as she walks over taking off her bag and on coat setting down as she lifted Marks legs up placing them on her lap.

"Yeah she's been fine. We spent sometime with Sofia and she was great with her it's just amazing seeing both my daughters like that you know." Mark says with a smile on his face as Autumn smiles at him.

"That's great Mark now I'll go put her to bed because it's going to be a long day with the wedding." Autumn says as she gets up and picks evie up as mark grabs her arm pulling her down as he kisses her lips as she kisses him back.

"I love you." Mark says to her as the smile on Autumn's face grows as she places another kiss on his lips.

"I love you too." Autumn replies as Mark smiles as Autumn goes to put Evie into bed before she joins Mark as they cuddled on the couch watching some program that came on the TV.

"You realize your door is unlocked? I could be anyone. I could be ... a burglar coming to burgle you. Where is Sofia?" Autumn asks as she walks into Callie's apartment as Callie shows her the monitor.

"I know why they sent you. And it doesn't matter what you say. The wedding's still off. . My mom's right. It's a joke. It's not a wedding and it's not happening." Callie says as autumn looks at her best friend who is in a slump.

"Oh, Callie." Autumn says as she goes to sit beside her.

"I can't have a priest. I no longer have a minister. I'm not being given away by my dad. The wedding isn't legal. What's the point? This isn't a wedding. It's not even in a church. It's nothing. It's a couple of girls playing dress up. It's not real. It's not real." Callie says as she cries as she looks up at her best friend.

"Okay. First of all, you do not need the law or a priest or your mother to make your wedding real. And-and the church is ... the church can be anywhere you want it to be ... I-in a field ... on a mountain, right here in this room, anywhere ... because where do you think god is? Come on. He's in you. Your wedding isn't about all of that Callie it's about a celebration of your love for Arizona and what you to have it's a celebration of that. It's about you and Arizona and the life you have and the life your going to have together." Autumn tells her as Callie looks at her.

"If you are willing to stand up in front of your friends and family and god and commit yourself ... to another human being, to-to give of yourself in that kind of partnership, for better or worse, in sickness and health, honey, that is a marriage. That is real. And that's all that matters." Autumn says to her.

Autumn stood at the front of the wedding venue as she had offered to marry Callie and Arizona as she was already certified.

"We are here today to celebrate, uh, love and happiness and loyalty, and well, in my opinion, a little bit of magic. To bring together two exceptional and beautiful human beings." Autumn says as she looks at Mark who was staring at her as she smiles over at him.

Callie and Arizona say there wedding vows as autumn watches them both with a smile on her face seeing her friends finally get to have their wedding. "Okay, I hereby pronounce you wife and wife." Autumn says as the two of them kiss each other.

Autumn stood with Mark as they were watching Callie and Arizona dance together. "Well I'm glad it all worked out well." Mark says as Autumn looks at him.

"Yeah they are really happy and after everything they've been through they deserve it." Autumn says to him.

"Well i must say it wouldn't have been possible without you my darling what did you say to Callie to get her to stop moping?" Mark says to her wrapping his arms around her.

"Just what she needed to hear." Autumn says to him as she places a small kiss on his lips as they see Callie about to walk off as Arizona dances with her dad. "I think we've got one last job Dr Sloan go dance with her." Autumn says as Mark smiles at her.

"Fine I will but then you owe me all the dances for the rest of the night." Mark says to her.

"No one I'd rather dance with." Autumn smiles at him as she watches him go off to dance with Callie.
