Chapter 8 Pure Tears

A/N: hello guys! Im really sorry but little waves of feels are about to hit the shore of this story. Im really disappointed with myself, treating Natsu like this. Dont worry Natsu, all pain will last soon. That's all so let's proceed!

"(Y-...Y/N)...are you okay?" Natsu said and stuttered. No answer was sent out from the said girl, but she smiled a close-eyes smile.

Natsu didn't stop the urge and hugged (Y/N). Tears threatening to spill out. "I missed you...so much..." Natsu murmured. Erza only smiled at the scene. "Im so happy...you're okay" Natau murmured next. (Y/N)'s hands slowly went up to Natsu's back but it stopped and went to push Natsu's shoulders away gently. "U-Uhm..Its really strange to hear that from a stranger but thank you anyway I guess? I just wanna see my sister...if she's here" (Y/N) said in a gentle voice with an apologetic smile.

Natsu and Erza's eyes widened. "S-Stranger?.." Natsu stuttered. "What do you mean?" Natsu asked.

~Natsu's POV~

"What do you mean?" I asked. (Y/N) tilted her head and hummed lightly. "Im sorry but may I please talk to my sister? Im not really used to talking with people I dont know. Because almost everyone in town despises me..." She said, going silently to the last part.

'Does that mean she dont remember a thing since she was a child?' I thought. "Oh..I also noticed this, my voice has grown deeper and I feel my body is a grown up form. Am I dreaming? but if I was, you cant hug me. Also, I feel like i've known you guys for years.." She Stated. I stood up from my chair and walked out. I dont know what happened afterwards, I just continued my way to the hotel's lobby.

~Third Person's POV~

Natsu walked out the room silently and left a gloomy atmosphere. "Excuse me Ms, but may I ask where's my sister?" (Y/N) asked Erza. The red head simply flinched and looked the other way, Erza sat down on the seat next to (Y/N)'s bed. Erza gulped and looked straightly into (Y/N)'s (eye color) orbs.

"First of all, my name is Erza Scarlet. I am a mage and I came from the guild Fairy Tail" Erza introducer. "Ohh! Is that so? I've always wanted to join a guild, but since Im weak, I never wanted to join" (Y/N) stated. "Oh..so uhm..how did you know me?" (Y/N) asked. "Im your guild-mate..." Erza muttered. "But I just said..Im not in a guild..Im just with my sister in a small town" (Y/N) said with a small smile.

"Oh yeah..I really want to see my sister so can you please call her?" (Y/N) asked. Erza gulped again. 'Should I tell her or not?' She asked her self. "(Y-Y/N)..you see..uhm.." Erza started. "Y-Your sister....s-she's.." Erza stuttered. "She's what? She's sick? She's at home?" (Y/N) asked. Erza looked at her again and said, "She's dead...a long time ago..". (Y/N)'s eyes widened, tears slowly formed at the corners of her eyes.

"Y-Your kidding right? A-Akumi-nee isn't dead. She cant be dead!" (Y/N) exclaimed. The other three members woke up from their slumber. Lucy was the first one to realize it and she quickly ran to (Y/N) and gave her a hug. "(Y/N)!! Im glad you're here again! I missed you so, so, so much!!" Lucy exclaimed. When she realized the tears in (Y/N)'s eyes.

"What happened?" Lucy asked. "Who are you?" (Y/N) asked. Lucy's eyes widened. "Are you joking? Im Lucy, im one of your best friends (Y/N)!" Lucy said. "Im sorry but...I dont remember anything.." (Y/N) said. And upon on remembering it. "Is my sister...really dead?" (Y/N) asked. Lucy's eyes softened with pain and she slowly nodded.

"...when?..." (Y/N) asked. "About T-Three years ago.." Erza answered. The tears escaped from (Y/N)'s eyes and she started releasing pained sobs. "T-That cant be true! Nee-chan promised! She said she would be beside me forever! She cant be dead!" (Y/N) shouted between her cries while Lucy is hugging her and patting her back.

Hearing the loud sobs, Happy and Gray woke up and was confused by the situation. Erza stood up with teary eyes, "She...She has Memory loss..." Erza said and walked out the room as well. "What?" Gray and Happy asked, shocked. Gray decided to follow Erza wherever she's heading and Happy searched for Natsu.

After a few minutes, (Y/N) stopped crying and calmed a little bit. "C-Can you please tell me...what happened?" (Y/N) said, controlling her tears. Lucy nodded. "My name is Lucy Heartifilla, I think the girl, Erza, from before had already introduced herself. Im also from Fairy Tail. And (Y/N) you, You were a great person known entirely in Fiore" Lucy said. (Y/N)'s eyes widened. "B-But..im a weakling, im someone who's not capable of joining a guild at all" (Y/N) said.

"But you were (Y/N). You were one of the strongest in this entire land. And you were a great person. Someone that I, and everyone else wanted to be friends with. But after saving the world, you disappeared. After two years, this day finally came, you're back. But the problem is...you dont remember us, me, even him.." Lucy said. "H-Him?" (Y/N) asked.

"Natsu Dragneel, the pink haired guy. He's one of the most important person in your life (Y/N)..." Lucy said. (Y/N)'s eyes widened. "So what happened...before I joined Fairy Tail?" She asked. "I dont think..I can explain it clearly..." Lucy said. "Im sorry.." The celestial mage apologized. "I-Its ok..Lucy.." (Y/N) said. Lucy smiled a little upon hearing her former friend say her name once again.

"I hope you regain your memories again...and remember what you left.." Lucy said and hugged (Y/N). "I..I wish so too.." (Y/N) said, mimicking the smile and hugged back.

~Meanwhile with Erza~
~Erza's POV~

I leaned on the counter of the town's bridge. Thinking of the events that has happened previously. '(Y/N)..,she cant remember anything' I said in my mind. I thought of the sane topic back and forth. Suddenly, "oi.." A deep voice said. I turned my head and saw Gray. "How did you find me?" I asked. "I just simply followed you" he answered. He walked towards me and also leaned.

"Care to explain?" He asked. I sighed and answered, "I dont even know what happened either..im still confused". He nodded and continued looking at the sight beyond the bridge. "Do you think she'll still remember us? And everything that happened back then?" He said. I shrugged and placed my head on my palm, still looking at the sane direction.

"I dont know..but I hope she will" I said. "Yeah" he answered. "I wonder what Natsu feels.." He said, worry in his voice. I looked up the sky. "Entirely broken" I answered.

~With Natsu~
~Natsu's POV~

I sat down a bench in a nearby park from the hotel. "She really..forgot everything" I murmured. I remember each and every memory I had with Her. From the very first time I saw her, from the first time I met her eye. Every memory. It came into my head.

After a while, "Natsu" I heard Happy whisper beside me. I looked at him and he can clearly see my eyes, already red from crying. "Happy..why are you here.." I asked, rather, said. "I came searching for you" he answered. I murmur a thanks and covered my eyes with my hands once again. After a moment if silence. "Why does it have to be like this Happy? Why is it that..every chance I get, slips away from my hands so quickly?" I asked. "Why is reality...so cruel?" I asked as I cover my eyes with the back of my hands.

"Reality is harsh. It can be cruel and ugly. Yet no matter how much we grieve over our environment and circumstances; nothing will change. What is important is not to be defeated, to forge ahead bravely. If we do this, a path will open before us." Happy answered.

{//chokes..I didn't know Happy could speak like that..}

A moment of silence once again appeared, after a few minutes. "Its really the worst feeling...being lonely.." He said. "Loneliness isn't the worst feeling, the worst feeling is being forgotten by someone you love" I answered.

"Mhmm..you have a point" he said. '(Y/N)..when will we have a happy reunion?' I asked in my thoughts.
