Chapter 38 Time Flies

Chapter 38

~Third Person's POV~

"KURAMA COME BACK HERE, YOU IDIOT!!!!"

A (h/l) (h/c) girl shouted at the top of her lungs, face angry red as she chased after the mentioned red head.

"BUT YOU'LL KILL ME!!!" Kurama shouted back, running as fast as he can. "YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!" (Y/N) shouted back.

They continued running inside of the training maze of the academy when (Y/N)'s right eye suddenly glowed. She didn't notice the glowing eye that she owned and she suddenly transported to Kurama's front.

The crow descendant was utterly shocked that caused him to trip on a branch on the ground, falling face first right in front of (Y/N).

"Caught you, you damned bird." (Y/N) said, her eyes glaring daggers at Kurama as she pounded her fist on her palm.

"Mommy...I need help..." Kurama only prayed that he can still live after this.

~Your POV~

It's been two months since I came to the Academy, and it's been a fun and knowledgeable experience since.

A lot of people warmly welcomed me to this Academy, though some students didn't. A lot of senior students also treated me as someone higher in position of them, they've been here longer, why so humble?

And, excuse me for that happening earlier. It was just Kurama being the stupid idiot he is, the usual.

"What did you do this time?" Tomoe said, sighing as he pitidly eyed his partner with a sore right cheek. Yes, I punched him. It's a daily routine now.

"I pranked (Y/N)-chan again, ya know. This time, I made her think she lost her engagement ring." Kurama answered, but it sounded more like; "i pwanked (Y/N)-shan agwain, sya know. Wish time, I mwade her shink she losh her enwagemenr wing."

Yes, my fist is something you do not want hitting your face. He should be thankful I didn't kick him somewhere that the sun doesn't shine. He can say goodbye to a children-full family if so.

"It's not an engagement ring. It's simply a...promise ring?" I stated, but I'm sure myself it sounded like a question. "As much as I respect your thought, it's an engagement ring nonetheless." Tomoe shrugged, fanning himself.

I rolled my eyes, "Ok, princess." I teased. That's also something usual already. He's literally a princess, I'm serious. As I said that, Kurama burst out laughing.

"Shut up, you damned bird!" Tomoe said, face red as he sent blue fire that Kurama luckily avoided, "Wou're gonna buwn my oh sho beautishul hwair! Wend, why zash evewyone call mwe a dwamned biwd?!" Kurama whined, animatedly. /"You're gonna burn my oh so beautiful hair! And, why does everyone call me a damned bird?!"/

This crow is a princess too, can't I have normal friends? Just one? Please?!

{Me: sheesh...chill there, (Y/N)-san. I'm your friend, am I not? *mind processes* oh wait, I'm an alien too LOL. Well sorry (Y/N), you got no normal friends. You: Well sorry author, you got no jams. Me: OH YOU DID NOT JUST-- You: BUT I DID.

Sigh. Exactly how did these two idiots become the Academy's greatest students? Tell me, how exactly.

"Stop with the fire, Tomoe. You're gonna burn my room." I said with crossed arms as I watched them throw their magic at each other. Yes, this is normal too.

A minute after they stopped, the door of my room suddenly bursted open.

"(Y/N)-senpai!!"

Oh, I forgot to mention. I met someone here I've met years ago.

"Hello, Yumi. How was the test?" It's the little girl I met when I first came to Magnolia, she's a student here for a year now. She's also not a little girl anymore, she's aged 14 just last week.

"The test was really hard, senpai! But thanks to your help, I managed to answer!"

Yes, she calls me this weird honorific 'senpai'..

"I just helped simplify it, you're the one who's smart enough to ace it." I smiled at her, patting her dark red hair. "Thank you, (Y/N)-senpai!" She enthusiastically replied.

"Yumi...are we invisible to you or something??" Kurama said, waving his arm in front of his younger sister's face.

Yes, apparently, these two are siblings. I just discovered recently too. Shocking, right?

"Hey, senpai. Did you hear someone say something to me?" Yumi sarcastically said walking away from her brother towards me. I laughed amusingly, this girl learned a lot from Tomoe's attitude.

"I raised you well, my student." Tomoe dramatically said, nodding his head while wiping away his imaginary tears. See? I told you so. He's a princess and an obnoxious teacher.

"Yes, sir!" Yumi said and did a salute towards Tomoe. Kurama then started whining about how he's the brother and not Tomoe and yeah, normal whine-baby Kurama. Then the three start bickering. Two against one.

"Can you three please take your obnoxiousness out of my room? I just want peace, what's so bad about that."

I just want normal friends, just for an hour. PLEASE.

But, this is some of the moments that remindeds me of Fairy Tail's craziness. I wonder how they've been these past two months. And Natsu, thinking that he's smiling right now just makes my day.

~Third Person's POV~

As (Y/N) arrived in the academy 2 months ago, she only knew that students that haven't completed the school's tasks and activities needed aren't allowed to go out of the Palace and to the city unless needed.

The 3rd day of her stay, she wrote a letter to send to Fairy Tail about the palace, the people there, and of course, the rules and policies. A week later only did she recieve a reply because of the long process of mails.

After that, (Y/N) and Natsu still wasn't very accustomed to only connecting through letters.

Though, as they say, time flies by fast.

You just need to wait.
