Chapter 16 Little by Little

A/N: hello Reader-chans! Im back again with another chapter~!! I hope you guys aren't being bored cause of the slow updates, cause school had been very pressuring me these days and since finals are next week, I have to do my best! That's all min'na. Let's go!!

"Ice Make: Shell!!" Ur exclaimed as she activated the magic spell. "Gray...I want you to take care of yourself and explore life more. When Lyon wakes up, tell him that I'm gone. And tell him that he should not rush his magic. I love you Gray, tell that to Lyon too. I love both of you, always" that was Ur's last words until she...faltered away. I watched the younger me cry, until I realize; me, myself, is crying too.

What am I doing here??! Why do I have to see this again?! Please get me out of here...Im tired already. I dont want to remember this anymore..

~Third Person's POV~

(Y/N) stopped on trying to break down the glass chamber that enveloped Gray in its horrifying illusion. The others still kept on fighting the shadow ghouls at the same time; not letting then touch their foreheads.

Gray is still trapped in the illusion, no one knows when he'll come back to reality. but they know what to do, they have to beat these shadow ghouls to stop it and let free Gray from his nightmare.

~Your POV~

'Damn it! They're not even going less! We're just wasting our tine here!' I thought to myself as I continue attacking these monsters. Till that time, I remember what I read about these monsters back in the Guild's library.

To stop these shadows from regenerating, we have to break the lacrima that's powering them up. And that lacrima must be in the control of the mages. We have to find it!

As soon as that thought came to my mind, a sudden memory flashed in my mind. 'Doll Girl; Rizei. Girl with the fan; Naruko. A dark haired megane; Kuro. And a blonde haired one; Lucifer' I heard as 4 people flashed. I suddenly froze when that appeared. 'What the heck was that?!' I exclaimed in my mind. 'What are those?....rather, who are those?'

"(Y/N) watch out!" I heard Natsu shout. I turned around and I was almost attacked by one of the shadows, luckily, I managed to jump backwards and maintain balance. I shot it a blue fire and it disperse. But someone else wasn't able to dodge the incoming attack.

"Lucy!!" I exclaim. "She got attacked!" Erza shout. Lucy was frozen in place, her brown eyes turning into the same silver color as Gray's. "No!!" Happy shout as he tries to go near Lucy but because of the crystal chamber; he cant. Not a single minute passed, a shadow ghoul also swarmed in Happy.

"Happy!!!" Natsu exclaimed as he ran to poor Happy, also being caged inside. My eyes widened..its only the three of us left. And three of our friends are going through their nightmares...i have no choice..I have to stop this..or its over..

~Your POV~

"Erza, Im going to find the source of why these monsters keep on regenerating. I'll go and find the dark mages!" I shout and try to run going deeper through the forest. "But (Y/N)! Its dangerous by yourself!" She warns.

I dont know what gotten into me but, I just suddenly shout, "I can protect myself!"...a sudden feeling came to me. And its not a good one. I feel my head hurting but my magic energy is going very powered. Its a very familiar energy..but I also think like its my first time feeling this.

I saw Erza flinch and eyes widen a little but nodded. "Ok..T-Take care..(Y/N)" she murmured and I continued running without looking back. I need to find it and stop it as soon as I can, or else, not after a while, every person near this forest will be in their nightmares...or even reach the whole Fiore.

~Erza's POV~

"I can protect myself!!" (Y/N) exclaimed loudly, but as soon as I looked at her. I was deeply shocked. 'It cant be...' I try and tell myself. 'She's...she's very serious about this...and it came to the point where..where she might do something impossible again' I told myself. I regain my posture and answered, "ok..t-take care ..(Y/N)" that was the only thing I manage blurt out.

"What happened?" Natsu ask as ge came back to fighting. I turned to him, my self still shocked. "Where's (Y/N)?" He asked. "She went on and looked for the one that's regenerating the shadows.." I murmured. "What happened to you?" He asked next. I gulped. I saw it again..." I answered. "Saw what?" Natsu asked. I gulped again.

"I saw-.."

~Back to your POV~

'Where is it?? Where is that god damn lacrima?!' I shout through my mind as I kept on running though the forest for 10 minutes. After another 5 minutes of searching, I finally found it. But 4 people are around, guarding it. I hid behind a big tree and try to listen to their conversation.

"Rizei, keep your heads up on managing that. I dont want those fairy pests to ruin this plan of ours again.." A feminine voice say. "Yeah, yeah, whatever Naruko.. If you'd help me, we would be in better guard." A child like voice answered.

"Kuro, how long till we can open it?" A guy asked. "Be patient, Lucifer" a guy with a deeper voice said. "Demons, will soon rise again." The same girl with brown hair said. And then, realization hits me; these 4 people aren't just dark mages, they're demon summoners. And they are the ones that flashed through my mind earlier.

That means, im getting back pieces of my memories. It means..Little by little, its coming back..
