In a kingdom to the south of Gehna and its waters a mysterious hooded figure spoke with a king whose eyes shined golden with greed.

"That princess of Gehna is the one with the power. Get her and it shall be yours to control." The hooded figure said

"I see heheh. The time has come then. I will no longer be king of Erebos if I obtain the princess I'll also rule Gehna. Why stop there? I can use her power and conquer the entire world." The gilded king spoke

"Then I wish you luck King Erebos." The hooded figure said leaving the greedy ruler to plot

"What a predicable fool." The hooded figure said before disappearing from sight

"Well then I believe now is the time to make the peace treaty official and establish trade between the Lux Empire and the Kingdoms of Gehna and Almber." I gave my proposal to the King and Queen of Gehna knowing they'd easily accept and thanks to the efforts of Queen Lisia and Talia Williams of Almber they agreed to this meeting after the princesses birthday.

In attendance at this meeting was myself as well as the King and Queens of Gehna. Then from Almber was the Kings Royal scientist Talia and Duke Heinrich.

In truth I could likely conquer Almber with overwhelming military force but ever since Talia arrived they had notable advances in technology even surpassing the advancements Gehna received during reconstruction thanks to Caius sharing his otherworldly knowledge.

It would be better to establish a good and lasting relationship with the two nations instead of conquering them through force.

With Almber agreeing to this peace Treaty I admit I felt some relief. I won't claim to be a saint or even the nicest person in the room but as an emperor getting on in his years I wanted to leave some mark on history. Call me greedy but I think every person desires to be remembered.

Caius would be known as the otherworldly hero that put a stop to the mad king of Gehna. Regardless of my role in the war I know I'd simply be the emperor alive at the time as far as that event was concerned. I admit to feeling slight irritation but I accepted this. Some claim an emperor is the closest position one has in this world to being a god but personally I'd say being a warrior sent by god will outrank that anyhow.

But with this treaty I'd leave my own mark on history as the Emperor that ended generations of strife between two nations.

With the agreements finished and the treaty ratified I decided to go for a walk around the castle of Gehna having not seen it in almost 50 years when I was but a prince visiting the nation.

Of course now the interior looked very different. No longer gilded walls and ivory columns with an excessive number of portraits all through the castle now a nice marble interior with some silver accents and only a single picture adoring the grand wall.

One of Caius along with his wife Lisia and their young daughter together.

Suddenly I was brought out of my thoughts by a small impact against my leg.

"Oof." A young girl said picking herself up off the ground.

"Watch where you're going girl." The sharp voice of one of my escorts, General Galanus said in an angry tone of voice.

My other escort was a battle Nun named Olivia. She simply sighed and put her hand on her face used to Galanus' temper.

"At ease Galanus!" I ordered causing the general to stop.

The young girl picked up some box she had dropped then brought her head back and I saw underneath her platinum blonde (or was it white?) Hair that her eyes quickly changed from red to blue but she smiled and spoke.
