They met at the White Lotus's Headquarters this time. Devon had sent a letter the day after their talk that he wants to meet.

"Thank you for agreeing to meet," Devon said, solemn.

"I told you that I would accept for peace,"Kevin said. "Why would I not meet you?"

"It was not an easy decision," Devon said, eyes watery. "He is my brother, Kevin" Devon said.

Kevin was shocked. He had not expected that. How could that unfeeling monster could be related to such a person like Devon. That monster was Devon's brother. He felt sorry for his friend. No wonder he trusted and believed in him so much. But what can Kevin do. As much as he understood the love for younger Siblings. But giving the Demon free pass is not easy.

"I didn't know,"Kevin said, softly. It was never an easy task to give up someone let alone their own sibling. Was Devon really agreeing? He couldn't help but be weary of him"I'm surprised you've decided." It shocked him to the core that Devon's Peace meant more than his little brother. He couldn't have done that. If anyone dared to ask about Stefan and Steven. He would tear them apart. And Devon was giving him up without a fight. Was their relationship that bad. Or he didn't actually care for his brother. Kevin couldn't care less. It was beneficial for him and his pack. But he couldn't help but feel pity for the Demon. No wonder his family was ready to abandon him.

But Kevin still coundn't imagine his dumb goofball of a friend with that emotionless bastard. Goddess he was feeling a headache coming up.

"I told him." Devon said. His eyes were watery still, but no tears fell. Was Devon really feeling so upset? Kevin wondered."He told me if that was what I wished and needed then he would comply."

Kevin raised an eyebrow. "He did?" He hadn't expected the Demon to accept so easily.

He wondered what were the conditions Pack had used to bound such a being to the clan. To have such an monster follow whatever was commanded was no small feat. Very few could bind and command a monsterous wolf without it backfiring. The cases he had heard about strong wolves with a little upbar strength haven't had a happy ending. They were isolated and feared among their own men. And soon they turn out to be corrupted and are killed. Some even become rogues. He had heard about the Giant Eagle and Silver Snake. Belonging from the Avian and the Reptilian clan. Both were known for their monsterous strength. Rumour was it that they were mates. That was first time it had happened. Mates among inter species clan. That too between the natural enemy clans. The Eagle was killed by his own pack. And the Snake had turned rouge. And The White wolf. His strength was above the world. It was clear that he was holding back. Playing with his preys, tearing them apart later. It's only a matter of time that he also turns mad and becomes a huge threat to their kind. So Kevin couldn't help it.

"He did," Devon said pulling him out of his thoughts. He brought the sleeve of his shirt to eyes. "He has always done what was best for the Pack, even to his own detriment."

"I see."

"You must care for him. I will not have him mistreated."

Kevin tilted his head confused. What in the world is Devon thinking. "I do not understand." he said.

Because THE DEMON WOLF was destined to be restrained in his pack. Cell as soon as the treaty was signed, when Devon had handed the loathsome creature over. There was already the rising of the rouge pack 'Ravagers'. Didn't Devon know about the rouges. A misfit band of henious creatures. Chimeras and defected pieces of the beast tribes.
