Chapter 7: Connections and Understanding.

"Wow... I didn't think you, out of everyone I know, would make friends like that." Jennifer says as Ashter lightly chuckles, sitting next to her as Melissa nods,

"Apparently him, Aphmau, and Aaron were all good friends back in High School," Melissa adds on as Jennifer nods,

"I did hear him mentioning their names... But I've worked with many Aaron's with my ma and pa, so I didn't really remember him." Jennifer says, before looking on at Aphmau as she is seen balancing herself on the water,

"However... Ya know darn right I never heard a girl named "Aphmau" before. Kinda unique, honestly I didn't think she was that tiny." Jennifer comments as Melissa giggles,

"Yep! That's our Aphmau! Aaron's girlfriend since... College? Is that right, brother?" Melissa wonders as Ashter nods,

"They've been close since introducing one another. It shocked me too, I heard many things about his online persona... But to think...

Ashter thinks back on barely meeting Aaron for the first time.

He didn't expect FC to be Aaron...

He was just as surprised.

"Anyways..." Ashter bites into his taco, eating the freshly made delight. He swallows the bits as Lucinda was hanging out with Kim today,

"How's the city life?" Ashter wonders again as Jennifer smirks,

"I'm... Actually part of the waterworks business. I noticed my family's farm was rather dry... Our pipelines are far out there so..." Jennifer announces,

"I managed to get my family and many other parts of the country their own water! Perfect job for my ma and pa to be proud of!" Jennifer smiles in pride, as Melissa was getting excited,

"Waterworks!?! Oh my, Irene were like twins! Eh, hem..." Melissa calms down, explaining,

"Me and my parents are actually a part of the entertainment industry. I run most reality TV and my family does the usual. But... Aaron..." Melissa gazes off as she smiles, seeing Aaron having fun with Aphmau,

"He wanted a nice and quiet life... Our father and my mother weren't fond of that... But seeing Aaron care so much about her..." Melissa says, smiling,

"We figured out... That he wasn't a kid anymore... He was a grown man..." Melissa starts whipping tears from her eyes,

"And whether or not Aaron and Aphmau marry, I'll love her like my own family," Melissa says as Jennifer was... Touched.

"Wow... I... I didn't know all that..." Jennifer says as Melissa brightens again,

"But let's not act so gussy! We came here to have fun, and we'll-!" Melissa stops as Ashter's eyes widened, they shake as they turn blood red... Melissa hears a small gasp for air as Jennifer turns to Ashter,

"A-Ashter..." Melissa slowly says as the werewolf can see...

"!" Ashter's face went dull... Before it twists into anger...

He can hear him... He can hear her...

The pain... The pain...

Ashter can feel it...!

"Uh... What's wrong with my cousin?" Jennifer was ignorant as Melissa rushes to Aaron, not paying mind to Ashter as Jennifer grew worried, following her as Blaze tags along as well.

"..." Ashter can't hear... He can't think... Memories... Flashes... Visions... Pain... Sorrow... Suffering... PAIN... SORROW... SUFFERING...

"GET OUT OF MY HEAD." Ashter thinks as he felt crazy seeing these stolen visions, memories, emotions... He can't move... He can't process what's going on...
