Chapter Eighteen: Mr Lee

(OK so so... itssimplykpop hurt me. So now. I'm gonna hurt everyone. Goodbye.)

I sat at the table staring at the man in front of me. His glasses framed his eyes, and made them look almost like a bugs eyes. His strong jaw line framed his long face oddly and I wasn't sure how Leeknow could even be related to him.

"Mr Lee, have we met before? You look familiar." I blurted out as my eyes continued examining his face.

"Uh, I don't think so. Maybe it was at the hospital? I know you were out of it, maybe you're confused." He suggested. My teeth caught the inside of my cheek and I gently tugged at the skin there. He was probably right.

"Probably! Hey Mom can Jin and I go?" I asked quietly.

"Uh, Lix I wanna talk to Dad. I'll catch up." He stood next to me and I watched as he adjusted his tight pants. His butt looked incredible in them and I had the urge to slap it. But I couldn't. His eyes darted towards the door and Mr Lee stood. He kissed my Mom on the forehead and thanked her for breakfast before following Hyunjin.

I heard them begin whispering but I wasn't sure what it was about.

"Lix, sit for a moment." Mom said as she gestured to the chair, inviting me to stay in her company for awhile longer.

"Ugh, what have I done now?" I asked moodily. I picked some bacon out of my teeth with my tongue and dropped my arms dramatically to my side.

"N-Nothing baby. I just want to check you're OK? I-I heard some noise last night a-and..." Her face turned red and I already knew what was coming. I quickly jumped up and rushed to my Mom.

"Eomma. It's ok. I'm fine. I promise. They're getting less frequent and I'm in therapy." I reassured her as tears slid down her cheeks. She still go emotional whenever she heard me screaming in the middle of the night. It was Hyunjin's fault last night. I had slept alone after he made a move on me. I wasn't sure how I felt about him, and I didn't want to ruin our friendship.

"A-And you're not on the drugs are you?" Her voice shook as she forced the words out. I shook my head slightly and tightened my grip around her to try and provide her with some comfort.

"No Mom. I promise. I won't go back there. I'm getting better. I-I'm happy Mom." I had dared to say it. My heart filled with a lighthearted giddy feeling that I hadn't experienced in the longest time. Except this was better.

I had never been this happy, but why? I gently dried her tears with my sleeve and she laughed slightly.

"I love you Lix. Please don't ever lose your sparkle again." She said quietly. I kissed her cheek and held her shoulders. I rocked her from side to side and she giggled at me.

"Don't lose yours either Eomma. I'm glad you're happy again too." I grinned at her and she blinked her eyes hard. She patted my arm gently, and I blew her a kiss before leaving the room.

I was heading to my room when I saw Minho and Jisung doing some weird kind of wrestling with the door open. I stopped and rested my shoulder against the door frame, with my arms crossed. It was amusing to see them being weird together.

"Yah! Stop fighting me and get into bed you fucking lunatic!" Jisung snapped angrily at Minho. A lovers quarrel maybe?

"J-Just one kiss!" Minho pushed his lips out and leaned forward towards him. Jisung caught his shoulders and began trying to get his shirt off again. Minho was being persistent and pulled the cutest duck face he could, trying to entice my brother.

"Need a hand?" Jisung stopped and looked at me, completely exasperated. His hands fell to his side and I watched as Leeknow leaned forward and face planted his chest with a thud.
