I held onto him like my life depended on it. My head was spinning wildly and all I could think about were his words as we left.

"You're gonna pay for this."

Jin's head lay across my chest, and I gently stroked his long golden hair from his face. He looked so peaceful I couldn't bring myself to wake him up. I reached over to the night stand and picked up my phone, scrolling relentlessly through the pictures again. I had been for days now. It had become a sort of addiction and I was desperate to find something, anything really, that would be enough to tie him to his crimes.

CLB.

Those initials were the key to my torture and I was still no closer to finding out who they belonged to.

"Angel, what are you doing?" His sleep filled voice was right next to my ear, and his warm lips pressed against my jaw softly.

"I can't sleep, it's ok though Jinnie. I'm ok. I just want to figure this out." I murmured as I rested my cheek on the top of his head lightly. His face pressed into my neck as he shielded himself from the light of my phone.

"If you don't put that down you'll never get to sleep Lix. Come and cuddle with me instead." He said sweetly. I smiled and locked my phone. I placed it back on the nightstand and wrapped my arms around his warm torso.

"Never let me go Lix. I want to stay here, like this, with you forever." He murmured against my skin. I squeezed him closer to me and kissed the top of his head.

"I'm not going anywhere Jinnie. Not now, not ever." I responded quietly. He snuggled closer and traced small patterns on my side gently. I thought back to one of the first times he had ever let me stay in his bed and smiled softly. If only I would have knew then how deep our bond would become.

"Felix, are you OK?" His hands were holding mine as he sat on me and held me still. A cold sweat coated my body and I was just sinking back to reality.

"Wh-What's happening?" I asked as I blinked up at his worry filled face, staring at me like I was about to die.

"You were yelling, and I couldn't wake you up. Then you started thrashing around, I didn't know what to do. I was worried you would hurt yourself." His voice was filled with deep concern and I swallowed hard. That dream had been way too vivid. But they're faces were blurred and distorted. As though my brain was keeping a secret I wasn't ready for.

"Sorry hyung, I was having a bad dream." The painful lump formed in my throat as it usually did when I thought back to that awful day.

The day he had left us.

I shuddered at the thought I could have been killed alongside him, although at this point it felt like it might be a sweet relief.

"A-Are you sure you're OK?" He released my wrists and climbed off of my body as he stood awkwardly at the edge of my bed.

"Yeah, you can go back to sleep." I murmured as I gently rubbed my hand against the back of my sweat soaked forehead.

"O-Ok. Well I'm just here if you need me." He said kindly. His outline disappeared into the darkness, and the rustling sound let me know he was back in his own bed. Those images of my father, the ones that haunted me, were so freshly burned into my brain it was as though it had happened yesterday.
